“The plumbing engineer arrived as expected, looked for the leak -less than half an hour - informed me it couldn't be repaired all he could do was shut it down leaving me with no heating or hot water! Then I was charged £100.80 and he left 45 minutes after arriving. I an 71 years old and can ill afford to pay so much for a call out and look-see. I was told the price, but assumed that was for work carried out within an hour and extra for every half hour after - not just a call out fee. I immediately found a local plumber, who came out about 7pm no fee and is coming to replace the tank tomorrow. Don't use this company - phoned after their engineer left to protest at the price and was told someone would ring me back. I'M STILL WAITING, and the money has left my account. Disgusted that a company can be so money-grabbing! Mrs J Deacon”

“Was quoted £80 for man hours to fix a leak back of toilet, When job that only took 10 minutes was finished had a bill for £142 which was VAT not mentioned or price for part and man hours price was£99 so I am disappointed the over all price was not explained and the discount was not added”

“The price was fair for the work done,the engineer was very informative and knew what he was doing polite and worked non stop all day and was prompt on arriving and got stuck into the work he was assigned to do and he must be congratulated on his performance and knowledge”

“Have reviewed online today. Plumber dealt with leaking water which he claimed came from faulty fitted radiator fitments. Changed NINE fitments and was paid £250. Following day my wool bedroom carpet is soaked due to a leak at the same radiator caused by insecure fitments. We have sent on pic which we will use in claiming another carpet if the currently soaked carpet does not dry out properly.”

“Booked an engineer to service my boiler, he came when I was at home the next day and was advised an hour before. Told me a lot about the boiler I didn’t know and advised me on my next service. Good price, great customer service and perlite engineer.”

“Able to arrange a plumber within a few days to attend and was covered on the maintenance plan. Easy to contact the company and arrange the work. Would have allocated a higher star rating but original agreed appointment was not met due to other jobs over running. Appointment had to be moved to the Saturday. However I was kept informed of progress.”

“I came home from work on Saturday find my kitchen floor flooded, the lady I spoke to originally was very helpful and sympathetic, I was kept updated all afternoon until Michael the plumber arrived and sorted out the leak promptly - very impressed!!”

“The quote is very expensive. You should be given the work flexiabilty time up to one and 15minute work. The engineer works only 30 minutes of work and charged me for up to one hour.”

“My combi boiler is broken and I am sitting in a house with no hot water or heating. It can't be replaced without some building work being completed. I had a booking today to remove the boiler so the builder can start work. The engineer has failed to attend. There has been no communication from this company as to what is going on and the bottom line is that they have no one to do the work that they promised to do. I have already had to take the afternoon away from my hospital job to wait for these people and I simply cannot take any more time away. As I write I have no idea how to get the heating back within a reasonable time frame. I would not recommend this service to anyone who actually needs a reliable booking.”
