“Mohamed came out to repair my outside light. He arrived on time, was friendly, professional and repaired my external light as required. Highly recommended electrician and service. Kurt”

“Sat in all afternoon and no one turned up....had no contact from them hopefully they have not charged me as you need to give them your card details before booking....not great mr angry”

“Booked engineer to come between 2 - 4 today but he didn't turn up. Phoned customer services to be cheerily told he wasn't coming today but would come tomorrow instead. They made no attempt to contact me to warn me of this. If I hadn't called I could still be waiting now. Maybe I just had a one-off bad experience but I can't recommend this company and certainly won't use them again.”

“From call to the man arriving was very good, within 2 hrs. Cannot fault the boiler engineer personally, he was polite, professional and explained everything as he was doing it but the fuse he went and purchased blew again, so had no idea what the problem was, so I am £120 lighter yet still have no heating and hot water. I am a single, disabled mum of 2 and now facing my 3rd day with no heat. NOT HAPPY !!!”

“Called them on 30 October promised to visit on 31 October, no show, then 1 November, no show then 2 November (sorry didn't realise we'd booked you that day) Friday 3 November again no show. Now today with sincere promise of attending another no show. What an abysmal company. Guess what - although we should be first on their list tomorrow we have to wait till the afternoon - logistics. Can you believe them!!!”

“Charged £112 for wrong diagnosis/15 min/, when asked to fix the problem wanted extra full charge. If you dare to complain nobody answers the phone or responds to emails. Smashing company!!!”

“Mohammed Abdul Hamed visited on Friday 3 November to repair my lighting. He was very knowledgeable in terms of providing advice on various bulb types. He worked quickly and efficiently when competing the repair work and was a pleasure to deal with. He always kept in contact with advice regarding his arrival time at my apartment.”

“The plumber called us back after around 45 minutes only to tell us that he couldn't come until the next day. This was not what we were told on the phone. The plumber was totally uninterested in helping us and had a real 'could not be bothered' attitude. We even explained that we had very small children and he still did not want to help us. Really disappointed and I would definitely not recommend them.”

“Rightio is a company to avoid. The guy just didn’t turn up, and we didn’t even get a phone call to tell us. I took the day off work to be at home, phoned them twice during our allotted time slot to check they were still coming. A day later and I’m STILL waiting for a call from them to explain what went wrong and what they’re going to do about our plumbing problem. AVOID AVOID AVOID.”

“Told me they would ring in 30 mins- then rang me 3 hs later at telling me guy would come out by 6- didnt turn up- then rang me to say he would turn up the next day at 10 a.m. saturday - rang me at 7.15 on saturday to say he cant come until monday - sorry this is absolutely RUBBISH and UNNACCEPTABLE service- i could have had this done by a professional firm by now instead of dealing with these disgusting cowboys.”

“Booked 2 days in advance and received confirmation on the day in the morning that plumber would arrive at 3pm sharp. No show from plumber and when I called rightio at 6pm I was told rubbish story that someone came into property and due to 'health and safety' reasons was unable to fix the issue. When questioned what health and safety reasons since no one entered property to inspect I was told to look elsewhere as company won't be able to fix my issue. Absolute rubbish service and was left hanging for 3 hours waiting by the door. I guess If I didn't call them I might have been waiting forever. Deeply disappointed with 'service' received.”

“I paid £178.20 including v.a.t. I was left with a 'repair' that required another plumber to do which will cost @£130. The Rightio plumber said I had a choice of a stopgap job or a very expensive proper repair. During the job he took private telephone calls and seemed to me to be prolonging the length of time taken to use more than one hour . His first action on arriving was to take my financial details , which I had already given to the Rightio telephone operator . I would never , ever use Rightio again . Job no. 5845471.”

“Guy came out to fix boiler within an hour it went back to original fault so paid £130 for nothing. No responses to emails - very disappointed and will be taking matter further”
