Booked 2 days in advance and received confirmation on the day in the morning that plumber would arrive at 3pm sharp. No show from plumber and when I called rightio at 6pm I was told rubbish story that someone came into property and due to 'health and safety' reasons was unable to fix the issue. When questioned what health and safety reasons since no one entered property to inspect I was told to look elsewhere as company won't be able to fix my issue. Absolute rubbish service and was left hanging for 3 hours waiting by the door. I guess If I didn't call them I might have been waiting forever. Deeply disappointed with 'service' received.
