Booked engineer to come between 2 - 4 today but he didn't turn up. Phoned customer services to be cheerily told he wasn't coming today but would come tomorrow instead. They made no attempt to contact me to warn me of this. If I hadn't called I could still be waiting now.
Maybe I just had a one-off bad experience but I can't recommend this company and certainly won't use them again.
