“The team at ride and glide are great to deal with. Perfect customer service and they delivered my bike quickly. When I purchased an inner tube they let me know straight away that it was out of stock and it got delivered a few weeks later when it arrived into the warehouse from super73”

“Hi Peter, Here are a few reason Glide + Ride missed out on stars. - it would be great if you signed off your customer services email with a name rather than Team Glide + Ride as it’s a lot more personal - it took a little too long for emails to be responded to. I have 2 one wheels and had the response been faster I would have bought everything from Glide + Ride instead I ordered from a store in Paris but would have preferred to keep my business in the UK - the additional items on my order took over a month to be delivered and I had to chase for an update. Perhaps a proactive email to notify me of the delays would have been a good way to manage this”

“These people know there stuff I bought my nami last year what a machine delivered in three working days. I also bought a few tools and bleeding kit these were delivered within days. I dealt with Amy she was fantastic sorting any problems out and the advice from work shop. Great out fit and promise you they wouldn't let you down. Pete n.ireland.”

“The Bondi Element I ordered from Ride & Glide is the only e-scooter currently on the market suitable for me. It is extremely well made and extremely good looking, I don't ever go as fast as I know it can, but at 130lbs I'm a big rider and use it daily across tracks up hills, over bumps and with a backpack full of shopping to my liveaboard boat, the team at Ride & Glide were extremely helpful and the scooter was delivered the next morning. They went out of their way to help me at my price point offering me the ex-demo model you see in their YouTube video and photographed every aspect of the exact scooter to ensure I was satisfied. I will be showing this to lots of other boaters for sure.”
