Have not seen the bike yet as R&G do not ship to Highlands. Otherwise good experience. Can’t wait to collect bike currently at relatives in shippable area.

Informing me and re-assuring me about the sale, i.e. payment for my bike, pick-up, etc; I now feel confident I will be paid for the bike in a proper manner.

I am leaving feedback as a seller… I was pleased to find Ride and Glide after finding out I couldn’t sell an electric bike on EBay. I listed on another marketplace but had mostly slightly rude enquiries and offers and I wasn’t confident to meet any of these strangers and navigate exchanging the bike for cash… Ride and Glide make everything easy and the collection and delivery of the bike and handling of payment is worth every penny… I would have liked to be able to edit my listing (I believe this feature is coming). I would also have liked a more transparent process of regular updates eg. ‘Your courier has collected, the courier has delivered to the buyer, the buyer now has 2 days to check the bike, we have received payment, the buyer is satisfied and you will now receive payment’. I had to regularly ask for updates and next steps and at one point was worried I would not get paid at all! However customer service was excellent and they responded immediately to my questions. Overall I am happy with my experience.

Just to clarify for others reading, sellers are always informed of the process before collection, including that once the buyer receives the bike, they have 48 hours to confirm they’re happy before funds are released. Collections and deliveries are arranged as quickly as possible, and we’re always adding new features to make the experience even smoother. Appreciate the honest feedback and the four stars. Very fast and efficient service from beginning to end. Unfortunately the product I selected didn’t fit my bike and had to be returned but even that service went without a problem. Thank you R&G.

Overall very pleased with my purchase of the vsett 10+ , had a minor problem with the scooter which I was able to fix myself, Ride and Glide did offer to look at the problem but luckily I solved the problem quickly myself, would definitely recommend the vsett 10+ very well built and very good performance

Mostly perfect! I've placed a few orders from Ride + Glide, and almost every time my postal code is copied incorectly. Despite this, Ride + Glide have always been prompt to accept and resolve the issue. The latest order was on back-order, and came a lot later than originally estimated, but it was just an estimate and they kept me informed about the progress all the way through.

Website easy of use 5 stars, value for money 5 Stars, customer services 5 Stars. Their courier DHL 0 stars. Over a week late. Change the carrier and it would be 5 stars across the board but I wouldn't trust ordering something I need ASAP due to the courier choice.

Delivery took a while but board was on pre order. Comms were good, although always initiated by me, team was helpful, quick to reply and friendly. Big thanks to Amy and Pete who must have been sick of me hassling them 😁. Loving the board so much fun!

Happy with my Onewheel, very fast delivery on most items however some items in my package and future orders had to be sourced via back order which delays delivery. Overall happy with service and goods so far.

Honestly, my experience has been really positive; from ordering all the way through to receiving my product! I have to admit that the delivery took longer than expected (over a month) due to my OneWheel being back ordered, but I found the customer chat box super helpful for the queries I had! Definitely would recommend Ride + Glide as a place to order from, just be aware of the listed 'estimated delivery dates'.

Overall, very happy with the service and help provided. My only issue was when the gokart arrived and delivered I needed to lift the box by myself up the stairs to the front door. Over 65kg of weight as the driver said he was not able to assist. Thanks Peter

Had to wait awhile for delivery because it was pre order but now I have it and it gets my fat body up the hills. I haven't tried 3 rd gear yet because at 71 I am no longer immortal.
