“Good communication, even though something I ordered was out of stock I got a call to apologise and explain the options that were available. Getting hold of parts for a onewheel in the UK took a while because of things being held up at customs but I was kept up to date and happy with the overall service provided - things that were in stock were sent out straight away with the rest of my order arriving when ready”

“On Tuesday 15th Sept Dan at Ride n Glide gave me the sad news that my Himiway Big Dog had died, with nearly 3,000 miles on the clock she had served me well, sadly her timing was absolutely awful as on Friday 18 Sept we were going on a two week cycling holiday in France. Dan immediately lept into action to find something they could get ready for us by close of play Thursday. He absolutely excelled as by the time we had gotten to the shop he had found a mint condition 2nd hand Engwe boost. One careful lady rider who found it not suitable for her requirements. Her loss was my gain! The bike is a perfect replacement for me and Dan has completely saved our holiday! All we can say is thank you so much for going the extra mile to ensure I not only had a bike, but that it was totally suitable to my needs and also at a price that I could afford! He also slimed the tyres for me as a parting gift free gratis! We found these guys earlier this year when we serviced our bikes and found everyone to be so kind and helpful as well as well informed on their products. Add to that their enthusiasm for what they do, we can't recommend them highly enough! Will we be using their services again? Without a doubt! Thank you all and especially Dan the man!!”
