We do not agree with your version of events. Your bike had an issue that was not immediately identifiable, so it had to be diagnosed methodically. This involved waiting for parts and testing different components to establish the actual fault. That is not a lack of organisation or a refusal to take accountability; it is how fault diagnosis works when the cause is not immediately obvious. We repeatedly tried to explain this throughout the process, despite the tone and manner of some of the communication we received. More recently, you contacted us after getting a puncture and expected us to arrange a courier to collect the bike at our cost. A puncture is not connected to the previous repair or service and is not something we could reasonably be held responsible for. We would always prefer to resolve issues quickly. There is absolutely no benefit to us in keeping a customer's bike for longer than necessary or prolonging a difficult situation. Unfortunately, on this occasion, our explanations and attempts to assist were repeatedly treated as excuses rather than what they were: an honest account of the work required. Ride and Glide

“Product as expected, just needed to find screws to fix it. Long sending time to EU, customs take a day too which is normal i guess. Total costs are pretty high for a 20 pound product, it costed 70 Euro at the end. Not the companys fault. Standard screws are not holding anymore, you need special ones to fix it. Problem is the vibration as well.”

Hi Rasa, Your order was sent twice to Lithuania but unfortunately Customs sent it back to us each time. We emailed you on the 15.6.2026 to let you know of the issue we were having and then asked our accounts team to refund you straight away which you replied to and confirmed you were happy for the refund to be processed. “Ordered a revvi for granddaughter but it was thought it was the wrong size, I called and spoke to a wonderful guy who directed me to the right bike. I managed to pay the extra over the phone and it was delivered very fast. Well done would use again”
