I had been attempting to sell my bicycle via other channels without success but sold via Ride and Glide within a matter of weeks. Their commission was quite high but when you take into consideration how hassle free the process is, it is probably fair.

I want to give Ride + Glide full credit for how they handled a major issue with my Apollo City Pro 2024, even though the situation itself should never have happened. Just over a year after purchasing the scooter, it developed serious structural failures - the frame basically snapped in half. Sadly, this isn’t an isolated issue. Apollo scooters may look good on paper, but they are notoriously badly built and there are plenty of reports of frames snapping during normal use. In my experience, they should be avoided entirely. Ride + Glide stepped in the moment I raised the issue. They arranged a collection, took the scooter back for inspection, and ultimately replaced it with one from their own stock. Their team were patient, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. However, it’s important to stress that this all took far too long - and that wasn’t Ride + Glide’s fault. Apollo’s communication is dreadful. Ride + Glide were constantly stuck waiting for Apollo to respond before they could take action, which delayed everything far more than it should have. Apollo’s poor support really lets down retailers who are trying to do right by their customers. To sum up: Ride + Glide’s customer service is excellent. Apollo scooters are not. If you’re looking to buy an electric scooter, I’d strongly recommend choosing a different brand. Avoid Apollo like the plague.

Very poor. I placed an order for a Rim (Nami Lima Max) and I didn't hear anything back. Then I chased up and found out that the part wasn't even available. Then you had to go off and send for a new part again. I have to chase out. See what's happening. It's been over a month now and I still haven't received anything.

Hi Domenic, Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. The item showed as in stock so we spent time searching the warehouse to see if it could be located before updating you. As soon as it became clear that it was not there, we let you know right away and offered either a full refund or the option to wait for the replacement to arrive. You chose to wait. Every email you sent after that was answered promptly. The replacement part was delayed at customs for longer than expected and we kept checking progress throughout. Once it cleared, it was dispatched immediately which was seven days before this review was posted. Unfortunately the parcel was then misplaced by Royal Mail’s international delivery partner. We spent hours chasing this with them but the parcel was not recovered. You have now received a full refund and we will take this up with Royal Mail directly. The situation fell short of the standard we aim for. We genuinely put a lot of work into trying to get this part to you as fast as possible even with issues outside our control. Thanks Ride + Glide

Extremely happy with my purchase from Ride + Glide. I had some issues whilst ordering, due to a glitch on my side. A lovely man rang me straight away, noticing some problems and was very helpful and efficient. My order came on time with great communication all the way through.Thankyou!

Have not seen the bike yet as R&G do not ship to Highlands. Otherwise good experience. Can’t wait to collect bike currently at relatives in shippable area.

I had ordered an Engwe T14 bik, but Ride+Glide next day reached out with all honesty to say the in stock shown online was an error and actual stock will be available much after the date we wanted and refunded immediately. However, we ordered the bike again after couple of months and they delivered as promised. Honest super efficient company. I would highly recommend!

Initially was a little disappointed as all of the Nami scooters were out of stock, however decided to go with the Apollo Go due to the IP66 rating and good reviews. Couldnt be more happy with my purchase. Everything went smoothely and scooter was despatched less than 24 hours after purchase. My first ride went well once received but it was then i realised that Apollo had put the wrong type of charger in the box. I contacted R&G who have sent me a replacement. Overall very happy with purchase and communication with R&G, would highly recommend.
