“Very good communication, deliverytook a while but this was due to the supplier taking there time. I had ordered previously directly. Ride and Glide check it was the right piece for my bike and contacted me by phone a couple of times to check. Impressive service thank you”

“I’ve purchased a few items of ride and glide in the past, and honestly, I cannot fault them one bit. Nothing is ever to much trouble when having queries about any of there products, The products recieved are always as stated and well packaged, and reply’s back from them about products are almost instantly done!!! Would highly recommend if considering a purchase from them. 10 out of 10 for customer service🤘”

“Brilliant customer service support they understood my worries about it been on time as it was a birthday gift the team reassured me that they would do their best once the bike was in stock to get it delivered in time for my child’s birthday they definitely stuck to their promise! ride+glide got the bike send out asap in great condition worth every penny especially seeing the smile on my little ones face! 🥹 it arrived a day before his birthday! thank you so much for making my little boys day! I would definitely recommend if anyone is thinking about ordering from these guys do it you will not be disappointed⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”

“Absolutely well happy with ride+ glide advertised my omeser ebike on there website and low and behold it sold, they even sorted a courier out to pick up the bike, well pleased just been paid.
