“I have yes to receive my order which I was told would take 3-5 days and has been much longer. I haven't even received and e-mail from shipping company. Could you kindly inform me of the shipping company please thank you”

Hi Charlotte, Thank you for your feedback. There was an issue on our backend which delayed your order being processed initially. Once dispatched, our courier also experienced heavy delays due to the Christmas period and high volumes across their network. “The team at Ride + Glide were extremely helpful in processing my order and in establishing that the product would be delivered as stipulated within two days. This was during the run in to Christmas so I was really impressed. I ordered the RFN Warrior E-500 for my son. The bike is excellent and a top quality product. He has been out on it multiple times in extremely cold and windy weather conditions over December for hours at a time - battery on it is fantastic. He is 112cm and age 5 (will be 6 in March 2026). My daughter, who is 132cm and 8 (will be 9 in May) has also had a go on it and no problem with height or weight, it still shifts at a very impressive speed. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase this bike again or to use Ride and Glide.”

“Fast replies via email before ordering. Ordered bike late at night and was shipped the following morning via next day delivery. Would definitely recommend. Thanks again. Wouldve received the next day but DHL was having delays and delivered it the following working day, just in time for Christmas. Thanks again!”

“I brought my son a Revvi from Ride & Glide, very last minute but the whole team come together and made sure I had it ready for Christmas Day.. we collected from store as my husband wanted to see what else they had in stock but I clicked home delivery on check out, this wasn’t an issue for them and they changed it for me strait away, they were so great in store. Thank you for all your help and making sure my boy got his bike for Christmas.”

“The best customer service I have ever received from a retailer. I received a phone call from Ride + Glide asking if I had received my order yet unfortunately I had an issue with the delivery company where the order was delayed. I was worried I wasn’t going to receive this in time for Christmas and after taking a number of days off work for the delivery I was quite frustrated. I called Ride + Glide to see if they could help and contact the delivery company on my behalf. I waited 20 minutes from putting the phone down to getting a call back from them to advise me they had spoke with the delivery company. Absolutely 100% customer service standards. I have now received my order and I am more than certain I am going to have a very happy child on Christmas Day. Thank you so much to Ride + Glide, you made the most stressful time of the year, that little bit easier. 100% recommend ⭐️”

“I have shopped at ride and many times there brilliant just purchased a little electric bike for my grandson wouldn’t shop anywhere else we was lucky enough to go down to the shop a few times the team is fantastic very professional but with a laid back approach you feel welcome and enjoy every visit my husband never wants to leave and after tea and coffee and a biscuit we are back on the road thanks guy highly recommend as always”
