At first all great ordered talaria sting orange, a call to then say actually they can’t get the orange so was agreed would have the blue but the orange stickers sent on if they could get them, secondly the bike delivery was messed up and changed although it said I had changed it but I hadn’t, bike arrived damaged where the forklift and gone straight through the box, damaging tha paintwork and denting and scratching the motor guard, immediately took pictures and contacted them, was promised a replacement guard asap and would look into damage. I then had to basically ask and negotiate a partial refund for the damage with the promise of the guard being replaced, I got £80 refund on a £3,495! It’s now past over a month and still no replacement guard, and I asked them to file a claim to FedEx on my behalf as the retailer has to do it I can not, for compensation for the damage and again nothing. Disappointed in the service and that they think it’s ok to fob customers off and give them an £80 refund to keep them sweet. A kids Christmas present has just been a headache!

Hi Samantha, I'm sorry to read your review that you were unhappy with the service we provided. Our support team did suggest that we could collect the damaged product and replace it but you insisted you wanted to keep the product as it was for a birthday and you didn't want to wait for another one. Your complaint was passed onto FedEx and we have taken this issue up with them. The replacement motor guard was sent out as quick as possible too but orders around late December were being delayed because of the Christmas holidays. Unfortunately its impossible to offer hundreds of pounds for a refund as there is not the margin to do this. We apologise for Fedexs service and the delay in the mudguard. You need to keep your online up-to-date with your stock.Few times I have for a product battery.You don't have it in stock

Hi Peter, Here are a few reason Glide + Ride missed out on stars. - it would be great if you signed off your customer services email with a name rather than Team Glide + Ride as it’s a lot more personal - it took a little too long for emails to be responded to. I have 2 one wheels and had the response been faster I would have bought everything from Glide + Ride instead I ordered from a store in Paris but would have preferred to keep my business in the UK - the additional items on my order took over a month to be delivered and I had to chase for an update. Perhaps a proactive email to notify me of the delays would have been a good way to manage this

Im dissapointed. I ordered an Apollo Phantom V3 (2023). When it arrived it is an V2 2021 upgraded to an V3. Thats fooling customers. On my receipt it says Apollo V3. No where you tell me its an upgraded V2. The scooter works well but you are fooling people. Also on the website i could read that the V3 was supposed to arrive early to mid june. Thats why i ordered from you. For an upgraded i could have bought it from someone closer by.

I was not so satisfied with the Customer Service. I bought 2 fender and it was promissed that they will send me a link with the right screws to fix the screws but till more than 1 week nwas no reaction on it!

One Item not as described in picture, also suspension cartridge did not fit my scooter model although I mentioned what it was for. Don't have much free time so hard to send item back..have to pay for something I'm not even using

Bought a scooter mat perfect fast delivery bought a dueltron mini scooter. The battery. Died when there was 35 percent left. Charged bk up but when you reached 35 percent died again battery was damaged contacted them they would not help me saying no warranty couldn’t be botherd carrying on just won’t buy a scootet again
