Hi Iain, Thanks for your feedback. We’re glad the order itself went smoothly, but I do want to be clear about the damage issue. Exchanges and courier claims can only be processed before a bike is assembled and ridden, as the item has to be unused and verifiable as new. In your case the bike had already been built and ridden, which is why an exchange or courier claim was not possible. That isn’t us being awkward, it’s simply how the process works across the industry. I appreciate the outcome wasn’t exactly what you had hoped for, but we did make sure a resolution was reached. “Great experience with Ride + Glide I listed my bike and within a week I had an offer on it A van picked it up without me having to pack it in a box, the guys that picked it up were really pleasant and helpful. And the best part I was payed within a few days of my bike leaving my garage. Great service guys Would definitely use Ride + Glide again Will recommend to my friends”

“I ordered my Fiido Titan with extra batteries and rack package deal. I needed the bike quick, as I was due to leave early the following week, so Peter arranged for a Saturday delivery for me. Before ordering, I already knew that the extra batteries and rack would be delayed, as they have to be shipped from China. Communications from Ride and Glide was excellent, with lots of emails and even a phonecall from the boss to ensure my delivery would be in time, as they normally like to quality and safety check all the bikes before sending them out. My bike arrived promptly just after 9:00am. The bike was dropped curbside on a pallet (free wood!!!). I highly recommend Ride and Glide and they are on my watch list for future purchases. Oh I forgot to mention, buying from Ride and Glide is substantially cheaper than buying direct and being a Fiido agent, I imagine they have good access to Fiido customer services if needed.”

“When ordering and needing support customer services was grade A contacted me by phone reassured me of any questions I had. Only issues I found was delivery could have been more informative lucky I was at home early morning when it was delivered as it only stated out for delivery after it was delivered Over all scooter new condition no issues and customer service over the phone was great I’d happily use again thank you”
