I got a puncture on my bike. Rang sales team cos couldn't find my inner tubes on website. Was told he was gonna look and ring me back within the hour. That never happened. I rang back 2 days later after waiting and a lady was most helpful and completed my order efficiently. I was disappointed with the original call but you got the job done in the end.

Sales service very good. After sales service isn't the best. I have no idea where my purchase is. The tracking number given 4 days ago it still stating my purchase isn't ready for pick up.

Delivery date was totally messed about rearranged twice by your couriers dhl in the end I ended up traveling to Milton Keynes depot at dhl to collect the item . Even though I offered to travel to ride and glide and you told me know I wasn’t allowed but did with dhl ? Ride and glide offered me a baseball cap and phone holder as compensation but I never took it not sure if I’d use you again

I ordered a fender kit for the One Wheel GT on the Black Friday promo. Unfortunately the website didn't state the kit was on back order from the USA. I had to ring HQ twice for an update and nothing was provided during the waiting period. Due to postage strike and customs issues the order was delayed. I suggested to the team that they should update their customers with lead times etc. To prevent us ringing them up and being 'where's my order' person. What I will say is that when the order was ready for dispatch the team did provide a personal telephone call update and up to date tracking info. My order arrived just in time on Xmas eve. Thank you for taking my suggestions into account.

Received my order next day which is greatly appreciated. My apollo air pro came with Broken charging dust plug even though it was brand new bike i had to sent many messages regarding it for a replacement, They sent wrong replacement, customer service is useless and not willing to help very unprofessional.

Very good service at first scooter came next day but I emailed them 3 times no reply .then I phoned and lady took my number said engineer would phone next day this was few days ago now still no reply so service isn’t to good .my Kaboo mantis stem has gone wobbly which it shouldn’t for money I paid so not very happy just want it sorted

Updated, so your team was quick to resolve the issue and yeah the scooter is brilliant, beats any crosser I’ve ever had so well happy with, Since being repaired it come back with a kink in the back break line which is unfortunate but probably caused by transport but I’ll fix that myself Cheers

Product was good service was good although 8m still waiting for my helmet what you were suppose to get with my scooter. Was obe of the reasons i choose these was because you got helmet with it. 1 year later still waiting.

The item was out of stock when the scooter was purchased, once they came back in stock we sent an email out to you requesting your helmet size. Having received the items ordered fast I was initially happy with R+G ... Upon fitting the steering damper kit for my zero10x I was met with incorrect Bolts ! The Bolts to fit the main plate onto the deck were to short by about 5-10mm. and would not bite into the original threaded holes on the 10X deck ! I managed to find suitable bolts in my workshop so no problem! However I thought I'd give R+G the feedback so other customers don't suffer the same disappointment ! Did I hear a single word from R+G !? NOPE ! Rude !!
