“Mostly perfect! I've placed a few orders from Ride + Glide, and almost every time my postal code is copied incorectly. Despite this, Ride + Glide have always been prompt to accept and resolve the issue. The latest order was on back-order, and came a lot later than originally estimated, but it was just an estimate and they kept me informed about the progress all the way through.”

“I don't think I could be any happier with the product and service that I was provided when visiting the store in person. To all who were working on the 14th of Jan, you're awesome! It'd feel rude to single any one of you out because you were all equally as kind and helpful as the next. Truly, thank you all for the support and hospitality. Being taken through everything I needed to know about setting up/using my Onewheel while my mother was offered a free cup of coffee is definitely my idea of quality service. All in all, it's a fantastic group of people passionate about what they do, selling all kinds of ridable joy at super fair prices and that's always going to be a good experience. Can't recommend R&G enough.”

“Website easy of use 5 stars, value for money 5 Stars, customer services 5 Stars. Their courier DHL 0 stars. Over a week late. Change the carrier and it would be 5 stars across the board but I wouldn't trust ordering something I need ASAP due to the courier choice.”

“Would highly recommend Ride + Glide to anyone who is looking to purchase a bike. Super easy, laid back staff that are happy to help. Made my bike to work scheme claim really smooth and deliveried to my work. I also had an issue with my bike and they booked me in to get it fixed within a week! Great team and shop.”

“Just cannot thank you all enough . I am mentally challenged . Pascal & another gentleman , we’re so helpful . Proper old fashioned customer service . I have bought a new e scooter for my grandson . Pascal understood my illness . I was not in the least bit pressured into buying . Thank you to Pascal & the other members of staff . My grandson is mid 20’s . Not an idiot .
