“I ordered the medium size boquet, and when it arrived it looked fabulous, and it was a good size. Unfortunately the roses only lasted about 4 days before they started drooping and looking old (despite following all the instructions!). This was a shame given the cost of the flowers. I had to re-arrange several times over the next few days removing the dying roses. The greenery and accessories flowers all did really well. Maybe the wrong time of year? I would say on this occassion I was disappointed. I have never had any issues with flowers ordered in the summer.”

“I’ve been a regular customer with the real flower company since 2014. I have to say the customer service is superb. I recently purchased some beautiful flowers in the hat box design although they were amazing they were badly damaged through the career service. A quick email to the customer service team and they looked into it and dealt with it so quickly and sent out replacement. I have to say A1 customer service.”

“Exceptional Service and high quality goods I recently ordered some fresh rose petals for my daughter's wedding, as the venue only permitted fresh petals as confetti for outdoors. It was a very 'last minute' order as we had to wait for the weather report and obviously needed to have petals that were fresh on the special day. The mixed pink petals were large and so fresh, with a lovely scent. They arrived in a strong cardboard box tied with a beautiful moss green ribbon. It contained two gorgeous hatboxes which held the petals. I have ordered fresh flowers and houseplants from other companies, but these were by far the nicest packaging and best quality flowers.
