The flowers I ordered were lovely, the roses did not last very well but were easily replaced in tha arrangement to extend the life of the display.
The disappointment was with the courier. I paid for a before 10.30 delivery, the parcel was late, not by much, but I had to ask someone else to come in to receive the flowers. At least the courier allowed me to track the consignment while out for delivery so I knew it would be a bit late.
Also, the flowers had not been kept upright at some stage in shipment. The inside of the packaging was wet, a number of flowers had fallen out and were loose in the box. It looked as though it had been well packed but badly handled.
