“I spoke to someone in customer services recently to give feedback. As a regular customer and huge fan I feel disappointed that bouquets and arrangements seem to be scimping in terms of amount and the quality of the arrangement. Still good but no longer outstanding.”

“As always The Real Flower Company gives excellent service. I order two rose trees from them recently, giving a delivery required date on the order that was fulfilled. The plants were well packaged, with a planting note. If you want excellent floral delights, then The Real Flower Company is the one to use.”

“My goddaughter was quite simply thrilled with her boquet of Carrie Vintage delivered last week and was delighted that the boquet not only looked beautiful but also had a real perfume in the roses . Yes it was an expensive order but the quality delivered was very good !”

“Over-rated & expensive. The worst flowers I have ever received. So dismal and never came to anything. A present from my husband so I had to pretend to be thrilled but when I saw the bill on the credit card I just had to say to him never ever to buy from this company again. Sadly this was the second time he had bought flowers from them and the first time again I smiled and didn't say anything but I didn't think they were anything special. They were supposed to be the special smelly ones - well yes because of a few narcissi. All hype no substance I am afraid. Much better mail order companies around at a fraction of the price.”

“I had cause to contact them as the flowers did not arrive at the correct address. I cannot fault the way they sorted it out and re-sent the requested flowers. Their flowers are always excellent and I am so sorry that some of the delivery drivers do not do their job as efficiently. I would certainly use this company again despite the hiccup as I am sure they will address the problem of careless/lazy delivery drivers”
