“I have used this company before and have been satisfied however will not be using them again My husband purchased a bouquet of roses costing £120 and on arrival it was mainly green foliage which had to be removed in order to see the roses most of which had brown on the outer petals possibly due to recent wet weather but not what you would expect when buying a premium product.I contacted customer service and they agreed to get back and sort out a resolution however there was no communication and another bouquet arrived with a blank card enclosed needless to say the goods will be returned The situation could have been easily resolved with more effective communication and customer service”

“I am a huge fan of RFC but this time I was let down badly. My husband ordered flowers for delivery last Saturday. He paid and received email confirmation. But flowers never came. He was told that order never got onto your system. But he had an email confirmation. I realise that these things sometime happen. And I will continue to be a fan. But this time it went badly wrong.”

“I am worried because the flowers were just left on the doorstep of a London house by the delivery driver. He did not telephone to see if anyone was in or leave the flowers with a neighbour. I have not heard anything from the recipient so I think that maybe the flowers were stolen off the doorstep and never reached them.”

“Flowers were very nice, but several stems were broken on delivery, which we were a bit disappointed with. Have contacted company about this, but haven’t has a response yet. Flowers were also wrapped in some plastic, although most of the packaging was recyclable cardboard - I mention this as the real flower company do quote their eco friendly credentials”

“Hello, the information of follow up has been good but I didn't understand when ordering the flowers that they would be let a the door in case the person was not there. I thought the person would be contacted by phone to make sure that the delivery happens when somebody was home. I was afraid that they would be stolen or lost.”
