“I was very disappointed with the quality of the flowers I received. These flowers are very expensive and therefore should be top quality. They were clearly a little tired when they arrived, lasted just less than a week and never came out properly (the attached picture was taken after 5 days). My regular delivery from Freddie's flowers at roughly 1/4 of the price is superior in every way.”

“I ordered a spring bouquet for my Sister in London. She got them the next morning and enjoyed the original design and pleasant scent. Cutting food miles and flower miles should bring better produce and help the environment. Real Flower Company have set a standard others may try to follow.”

“Absolutely amazing service personal and professional. The team hand delivered bouquets to a colleague, retiring as a surgeon, and in order to ensure she received the flowers on such an important day the Real Flower team had their own driver take them to the hospital! Absolutely beautiful flowers and gifts I will definitely use you all again and am enormously grateful for the attention to detail and care you gave this order!”

“My daughter uses the Real Flower company frequently and I am the lucky recipient, I have had some beautiful flowers, but not ,sadly , this week when the roses were overblown and going brown when they were delivered. It is rather difficult to say that a thoughtful gift is not of the best standard. However, those delivered to my Mother on Friday were fresh and scented I do not know the details of my own order to a friend, other than it had arrived”

“Such amazing customer service by Lucy; my flower delivery was delayed by the carrier for 4 days so the flowers were rather wilted when my daughter received them, my email was dealt with over the Easter holiday weekend and a replacement was sent as soon as was possible. Thank you so much Lucy.”

“I love this company and have purchased flowers from them for the last few years with happy recipients. Sadly the flowers I ordered for Easter were well below their usual high standards with some already wilted on arrival and then the rest only lasting a couple of days. Im sure this was a one off and will go back”

“Parcel containing a gift was left outside in the pouring rain at some distance from the house where the recipient of the gift lived. The house in question has a porch, visible from where the gift was left, so it's pretty disappointing that the delivery company couldn't have left it there.”
