“Shoes came slightly marked. But were returned and replaced very quickly.”

“Bought the Rainbow Club Penny Ivory Lace shoes. They arrived really quickly, fit perfectly and are absolutely beautiful. My only complaint which isn't necessarily the companies fault is that the outer box was quite damaged/crushed and the actual shoe box was a little damaged but the shoes were absolutely fine. Looking forward to wearing them on my wedding day.”

“The Lexi shoes we ordered were stunning. Fantastic quality and a lovely fit. However we were extremely disappointed with the customer service follow up. On order we were told an email would be sent to track the delivery status of our order. Our order arrived in 3 days but still waiting for the email to be sent to us.”

“I have used Rainbow Club twice to have shoes and handbags dyed. The colours have come back perfect to match my outfits. I also found Rainbow shoes very comfortable to wear. If you need a specific colour for shoes and handbags I recommend this company, the service is excellent. Many thanks.”

“Ordered first pair of shoes which were to small, phoned to re-order in next size, and felt as though the lady who answered the phone couldn't be bothered to take a telephone order and she referred me back to ordering on line. However, due to an error on the site, I phoned again and this time the order was taken from me. I felt it would have been better customer service to have taken my order initially. However, with regards the shoes, they are just lovely, elegant, good quality and comfortable. Would recommend, and fast delivery.”

“Bought these shoes for my wedding (I have child sized feet!) Perfect match for my dress. Not the most comfortable shoes I have ever bought (have found that sizes on the small side compared to other makes) but they look fab, may have to take them off for the dancing though!”

“Your shoes are great quality (although there are a few frays on the strap of both my shoes) and I was really impressed by your packaging. The delivery company you use, UK Mail, is totally substandard however. They are unhelpful, inflexible and not very customer focussed. It's a pity, because I am delighted with the shoes but the delivery itself was stressful and unpleasant.”

“Delighted with my shoes, received them back in 8 working days. Rather disappointed that they refused point blank to dye a bag I had only used once for my son's wedding 6 months ago. The bag was not Rainbow club but I was happy to take the chance of a slight colour difference to the shoes and pay £10 to get them dyed. Hey Ho, I guess that's how they make the business model work.”

Hi Many thanks for your review. Unfortunately we just can't dye other branded products, this is due to the dye we use being water based so we can only guarantee it on our satin fabric. If we use it on other satin the material may be treated and will not soak in, therefore ruining the product. Apologies for this but we are so glad you love your shoes. Many thanks Julia

“Shoes arrived very promptly. Mainly comfortable but toes still a bit squashed considering they were wide fit. Couldn't wear for long periods but hopefully will be fine for a few hours or when mainly sitting. Very pleased that they can be dyed black for free after wedding, which makes them worth the money as wouldn't wear ivory shoes again.”

“I am so happy with my Wedding shoes that I have bought. The service was quick and efficient from ordering to delivery & they were very helpful with answering my questions after I had received them. The reason I only have a 4 out of 5 was because when looking at website it says you can have shoes dyed to specific colour, it was only when I received my shoes & thought i might have to get them dyed white, that it was explained that because the shoe was ivory satin it would only come up as an off white. Luckily enough they were light enough to match my dress as my dress is an ivory white.”
