“Lovely company n very helpful very quick delivery just a shame you have to pay for your postage for your return goods could be costly if you have ordered a lot n need to return them that's the only disadvantage really”

“Shoes as pictured and described. Fast delivery. Only negative related to the email received after placing the order. It advise I would receive an email when the shoes were dispatched however I didn't receive same and I was anxious for a few days as to what the dispatch delay was, however turned out there wasn't any delAy and there were on their way”

“Firstly I bought size 4.5 from House of Fraser but shoes were too tight in toe area although perfect size in length. Very surprising as I have narrow feet! I returned them and bought size 5 directly from Rainbow. The width in toe area is correct but they're too big. The sole is almost perfect if made more suitable to dance on wooden floor. What I love: heal height - just perfect design/look - beautiful quality & attention to detail customer service - helpful you can buy directly from Rainbow club Rainbow Club - please, please carry out more research reg. fit and practicality.”

“I was very pleased with the quick service , and my shoes are fabulous , just one small thing , the right shoe is slightly too big , and going down a size would not help can you suggest anything ?”

Hi Maggie Thank you for your review. We would recommend trying a heel grip to pad out the back of the shoes. You can get leather ones which are more padded than the gel, but it might depend on how big the shoes are, so it may be worth trying a few to get the right ones. “Really nice style and fit, however the material was a little scuffed on the straps from where they have clearly been tried on before. It isn't very noticeable so I will be keeping the shoes. However, I feel the supplier should have picked up on this before dispatching the shoes.”

“The shoes arrived jolly quickly and efficiently. And it's not Rainbow Club's fault that the bride's ones didn't fit: her foot and the shoe just not the same shape #channelingCinderellassisters. Yesterday,I sent back her pair and the dying pack and could report later whether that part of the transaction goes as well. My pair are fab and I look forward to sorting the colour matching - or maybe not.”

“The Rainbow Club Celine bag is just what I had hoped for in looks. The dye to order is not as 100% perfect as I had expected as it has dyed darker at the edges. It also requires a good airing before use as it has a strong smell.”

“The shoe bought where for my child's communion. The shoe with the t bar was was a perfect fit however the jewel in the bow both fell out within a few hours so I was a little disappoint by that”

“I purchased my shoes from John Lewis for my daughters wedding there was some Navy ones there that I wanted that colour so I had a call saying you needed a colour swatch although I had ticked the colour I wanted from your chart which is obviously useless I now have to find a swatch or ribbon which is more time not sure I will be doing it again”

“Very pleased with the overall product . Dispatching of product very good, The only let down was the courier company DPD who were appalling. While I appreciate they are separate company from you I feel you should know how rubbish the people that are delivering your products are! Other than that brilliant in all other aspects!”
