Their 'colour match' service is the furthest thing from a match! Brought 4 pairs of shoes for my bridesmaids in February and have only received them back today (July) after 4 colour swatch attempts prior to lockdown which were all a completely different colour to the dress sample. I have received no apology and have had to chase them every step of the way. Extremely disappointed and would not recommend.

I tried on many wedding shoes. Having rather wide feet and an ivory wedding dress I really struggled finding comfortable shoes in the right colour. The rainbow shoes are amazing. Incredibly comfortable and the colour is perfect. I really can't wait to wear them on my big day. The little blue gem in the sole is a lovely touch.

I’ve ordered and returned 7 pairs in total now !!!!DO NOT buy from them . All of the shoes are cheap but overpriced and very uncomfortable and badly fitting . To add insult to injury , they don’t even pay for returns !!!!! Rubbish

I ordered shoes from Rainbow club after hearing so many positive reviews. They are incredibly comfortable and beautiful! Hard decision deciding which ones but eventually chose Clara. Highly recommend.

I ordered the Clara bridal shows for my wedding and I absolutely love them! The quality is amazing, they are comfortable and look stunning! Such a nice wee touch to add a blue crystal on the sole of the shoe as your something blue. The delivery was quick as well. I can't wait to wear them on my wedding day!

Shoe size is on the smaller side. Returns policy is not good. No delivery note sent with shoes or via email. Unable to book delivery via yodel. Would not recommend ordering online.

Short story long I had slight technical issue trying to order my shoes and bag but it's all good when it finishes good and that's all thanks to an amazing customer service team and mostly to ⭐JOEL⭐ who was looking after me for an entire week trying to solve the problem. He's an exceptional member of your team. Can't wait now for my order to arrive. 😊

I bought a pair of Rainbow Club wedding shoes (Stella) from a well known retailer. I wore them on my wedding day for a couple of hours before noticing that one of the the heel pads had come off at some point leaving the nail sticking out and the fabric had shredded up the heel. I was so disappointed that I then had to wear different shoes for the rest of the day. I took the shoes back to the retailer who immediately refunded the total price. I no longer have the shoes to complete my outfit!

I’m so sorry that our product has not met your expectations on such an important day, and that you no longer have your shoes. It does appear from your description of ‘the fabric being shredded up the heel’, that there has perhaps been a degree of unforeseen extreme wear - unfortunately the satin & lace used in our collections is very delicate and therefore can be susceptible. I purchased shoes for my Wedding. The shoes were beautiful, lovely quality, style and colour...I especially liked the blue gem stone touch on the underneath. Unfortunately they were not wide enough for me so I had to return them...devestated!!

I bought my Rainbow Club wedding shoes back in 2019 and love them. However dealing directly with Rainbow Club since then has been far from satisfactory. An order of mine was delivered to the incorrect person, and I received someone else's order. I was told my order would be resent - it never was. After being a firm supporter of this brand and their products are great, but customer service and this experience has resulted in this review.

I recently wrote a review about my experience with Rainbow club. In short I feel they fasley advertised their dyeable shoes as I bought a pair of Madeline shoes in dyeable ivory to be dyed white. As I mentioned in my previous review, I was told this wasn't possible. As these were to match my wedding dress I was devastated. However, I was able to find someone in N. Ireland to do this without any hassle, and I think it's important that if anyone has had the same trouble as me and they can travel to Dungannon then they should go to Pattersons as they had my problem solved in 30 minutes. My shoes now match my dress perfectly, and I'm more than relieved because even the pair of Abbie White satin shoes I bought as a replacement were ivory compared to my dress.

Although the shoes are nice they do not fit so I have to return them at my own expense. This is the only company I have ordered from who do not provide a pre paid returns label for items that are not suitable. I think as a company who’s main focus is shoes sales you should understand that this item in particular is subject to being returned. Lucy

I ordered a pair of Madeline (Mary-Jane style) shoes in ivory satin, but made of a dyeable material. I intentionally purchased these shoes to be dyed as my own dress is pure white. I received the shoes in good time (I ordered them 8 months before my wedding) but I couldn't get the shoes dyed until I had a 5cmx5cm square of material from my dress, and I couldn't get this until 9 weeks before my wedding as the alterationist didn't want to cut anything until 10 weeks before the wedding. After getting the sample piece, I sent it off with my shoes in the dye-pack postage bag. After a few days I had a voicemail, and then an email, to say that they were unable to dye my shoes the colour of my dress as they cannot dye the shoes lighter than the original colour of the shoe unless they bleached it, which would ruin the texture of the shoe. I was in complete shock, as nowhere on their website had they said this would be an issue. I bought the shoes as they were of a dyeable material, and I thought that since they had such a limited selection of white shoes on their website they were able to make up for this by dying ivory shoes instead. I bought a pair of Abbie shoes in white satin while my Madeline's were returned to me undyed. When the Abbie shoes arrived I was again disappointed as they looked closer to ivory than the white of my dress (I know that different materials make white look different, but I was still disappointed). I returned the Abbie shoes, which I had to pay for postage myself, as they do not include prepaid postage in their returns form, and it cost me £8 as they recommended it was sent as tracked delivery, and I didn't want to risk the loss of the shoes! Meanwhile I was able to take my shoe to a dye specialist 1 hour away from where I live and they had no trouble dyeing my shoe to the bright white colour of my dress from the ivory that it started as, without bleach. I cannot understand how an independant shoe specialist was able to dye my shoes but Rainbow Club themselves could not.

The shoes were lovely I wore them just around the house then sent them off to be dyed black for an outfit I wanted to wear for my daughters wedding. Now these were brand new shoes. The shoes I got back looked as though they had been well and truely worn, the glitter patterning was terribly scuffed and the dye was patchy. When I got them home from your agent in Guildford they were in such a poor state I would not have passed them on to anyone as they are only fit for the bin!! Very sorry to write this review but I feel I need to warn others as I was gutted

I ordered a pair of Rainbow Club shoes for my daughter's wedding, having failed to find any suitable ones locally. I intended to have them dyed to match my outfit, but wanted to check the fit at home first. I only had four weeks until the wedding, but thought that would be enough time. The shoes arrived today, and are a completely different pair to the ones I ordered and that are listed on my invoice. The names of the shoes are in no way similar, nor are the styles of shoe. Aware that time is starting to run out, I called straightaway, and was told I would have to wait for a returns bag to return them free of charge, and await my refund, before ordering the pair I had already ordered! The alternative was to pay again, so be out of pocket twice until the return and refund was made. I think this is completely unreasonable considering the mistake was entirely yours. My invoice states my shoes have been carefully inspected and packed, but I beg to differ. Whoever is responsible couldn't have got my order more wrong if they'd tried. Because time is running out, I had no choice but to order the shoes again, so I have now been charged £150 for two pairs of supposedly the same shoe. Obviously one will be refunded, but not before I have been seriously out of pocket for around 10 days. As soon as the correct shoes arrive, I will then have to order and pay for the colour package too, all before my refund is made, and also be worried they will not be dyed/arrive in time for the wedding. Very poor service indeed.

Ordered a veil for my grandaughter and it was delivered on time and the packaging was lovely. She is very happy with it and one of my cats is too, as she took a liking to the box and I had to prise her out and hide it away in my wardrobe. Once again, very happy with this purchase
