“I can't thank Rainbow Club enough for the amazing customer service I received. Unfortunately, my wedding shoes were lost by the courier while they were on their way to Rainbow Club to be re-dyed. This was completely out of Rainbow Club's hands, but they couldn't have been more helpful. Joel called me as soon as he opened the parcel to let me know the shoes weren't inside and then emailed me photos showing exactly how the package had arrived. He was so understanding and kept me updated throughout. Even though the loss wasn't their fault, Rainbow Club kindly offered to replace my shoes with a brand-new pair in the same style and have them dyed black for me. I was so grateful for such a thoughtful gesture. Losing my original wedding shoes was heartbreaking, but the kindness, care and support I received from Joel and the team made such a difference. Thank you again to Joel and everyone at Rainbow Club. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.”

“I have just purchased my wedding shoes from Rainbow Club. They are the comfiest heels I have ever worn. I am in the process of breaking them in for my wedding and have no sore spots or rubbing. Beautiful, well made heels that made to last. Very impressed with speed of delivery and they were packed safely. Would purchase again!”

“I purchased the beautiful Mia heels for my wedding in October this year. They were absolutely perfect and so comfortable that I kept them on all day and didn’t put on my trainers! I have also been blown away by the customer service. I got my wedding heels cleaned professionally after the wedding and was really upset when they lost one of the ‘something blue’ gems on the bottom of one heel. I loved this detail on the shoes so reached out to Rainbow Club to see if I could buy a new gem. Gracie got back to me so quickly and she kindly sent me three gems! They arrived super quickly too. Thank you so much 🩷”

“The Aria wedding shoe is so comfortable and very pretty. I wore them for 12 hours straight and my feet did not hurt at all. I expected to change into a pair of trainers for the evening but I didn't need to.”

“DAFNEE, WHITE GLITTER BAG I had this style of bag for my wedding (along with a pair of Harley stilettos) I felt a million dollars on my special day. I have been lusting after another same style bag, for use on evenings out but could not justify the cost. Oh my goodness what a bargain, could not resist at this discount price. Arrived today, super service, quick delivery & beautifully wrapped. I have a pair of Reece Glitter Bomb sandals for cruises, and am desperate for a matching clutch bag but unable to find one any where ? So disappointed. I love Rainbow Club products, so well made & perfect for special occasions. Huge thanks Rainbow Club.”

“Recently I visited Rainbow Shoes Exeter location where I met Gracie (customer services) who arranged for her colleague Mary (the shoe & bag dye expert) to come and do a colour match of my fascinator which I had brought with. She was able to select the exact colour and shade I required so I went ahead and arranged for them to dye my new ivory satin Marie shoes and Tily clutch bag. I picked them up today and I am so impressed with the finished results. I would highly recommend this process. Can’t wait to wear them as mother of the bride this July! “I have purchased 4 pairs of shoes from Rainbow Club since my daughter's wedding in 2022. I absolutely love them, they are so comfortable and I am over the moon that the shoes can be changed into the desired colour of my choice. The design, material and the attention to detail including the blue stone underneath the shoe. The delivery was excellent and I could not wait to open them to see how lovely they are. The quality of the shoes are just outstanding. I can't wait to wear them for my Grandson's Christening in June Thank you so much for making the choice so easy”
