Ordered first pair of shoes which were to small, phoned to re-order in next size, and felt as though the lady who answered the phone couldn't be bothered to take a telephone order and she referred me back to ordering on line. However, due to an error on the site, I phoned again and this time the order was taken from me. I felt it would have been better customer service to have taken my order initially. However, with regards the shoes, they are just lovely, elegant, good quality and comfortable. Would recommend, and fast delivery.
