The Lexi shoes we ordered were stunning. Fantastic quality and a lovely fit. However we were extremely disappointed with the customer service follow up. On order we were told an email would be sent to track the delivery status of our order. Our order arrived in 3 days but still waiting for the email to be sent to us.
