“Shoes arrived very promptly. Mainly comfortable but toes still a bit squashed considering they were wide fit. Couldn't wear for long periods but hopefully will be fine for a few hours or when mainly sitting. Very pleased that they can be dyed black for free after wedding, which makes them worth the money as wouldn't wear ivory shoes again.”

“I am so happy with my Wedding shoes that I have bought. The service was quick and efficient from ordering to delivery & they were very helpful with answering my questions after I had received them. The reason I only have a 4 out of 5 was because when looking at website it says you can have shoes dyed to specific colour, it was only when I received my shoes & thought i might have to get them dyed white, that it was explained that because the shoe was ivory satin it would only come up as an off white. Luckily enough they were light enough to match my dress as my dress is an ivory white.”

“I ordered a pair of shoes and colour chart for dyeing as well as a clutch bag. They arrived two days later, well boxed and packaged. The only problem was they sent a size 6 instead of a 3. I sent an email that same evening that they arrived and by 9.09am the following morning they replied back apologising and sent out the correct size that same day and the shoes arrived the following day. Also they sent a return bag for me to send the wrong size shoes back. I have also sent shoes and bag off to be dyed and I'm awaiting their return. So, so far I have been very pleased with the service.”

“I totally love my shoes they are exactly what I was looking for, I was only disappointed that I had to pay postage when I had to return the first pair as they were to small, fast and efficient postage and lovely packaging.”

“The shoes are lovely but they are very small. I would advise anyone that they buy a size bigger than they think even allowing for some growth. My niece is a size 11 normally and i am having to get a 13 for a wedding in January.”

“Rainbow Club need to cater more for the older woman who can no longer wear very high heels but can still remarry at 72. Also, only producing four designs in a wider fit is no choice either. A look at Elegant Shoe's website in Birkenhead would be a good idea too, it's totally misleading. They do not stock treble E or F fits and had nothing in a wider fit to show when we drove an hour and a half to Birkenhead, the place to visit, we were told. Nothing could be further from the truth. No stock to walk away with, only to order at a flat rate of £10.00 plus £20.00 to dye. What a total waste of time that visit turned out to be.”

“I was very pleased with the quick and efficient service. Unfortunately the style I chose was a very poor fit even though it was the correct size. So with reluctance I had to return them, but I was credited immediately. Very good service, I was unlucky!”

“I was unfortunately missing the chain to the handbag purchased. After a call to customer services I received an apology and assurance that the chain would be sent. Arrived 1st class the next morning. Was very happy with service received and now look forward to receiving back my dyed shoes and handbag.”
