“Rainbow Club website is excellent and it is really easy to purchase. I was also very impressed with the text updates I received regarding the delivery of the item. The item was packaged nicely and overall I was very impressed. I think the biggest improvement would be if returns were free of charge as I was very nervous to purchase in case the shoes didn't fit, knowing I would have to pay for the return myself.”

“Shoes are absolutely amazing. Please use a different delivery company. Shoes were left in a box outside. I wouldn't have minded had the delivery person signed for them themselves and no card was through the door!”

“Sadly, I have had to return my pack. I misunderstood the website!!! I thought I was receiving a colour chart but that was not the case. However, I still plan to use the Rainbow Club but through a retailer when I purchase my shoes and handbag. I just thought it would be useful to have a colour chart in my own home to match against my outfit but it was not to be!!! I do think it would be a useful idea for customers to be able to have a colour chart, even if they have to pay for it. After all I was prepared to pay £25.”

“Due to the snowy weather, I received my items a few days late but that can't be helped! The items were beautifully wrapped and boxed and made me feel exceptionally bridal! - I love the blue stone on the bottom of the shoes as the 'something new and blue'. Unfortunately the shoes are too small and my veil is a little shorter than I imagined, however I was supplied with a 'returns' sticker, so hopefully all will go smoothly with my refund/exchange! Thanks!”

“Rainbow Club are a very good company, my orders came as they said they would, in a couple of days if not over the weekend, free. Packaged beautifully. Only reason I gave a 4 star is I’m a 5.5 and felt the shoe was squeezing my feet. Ordered a 6 in another shoe but felt it was a bit bulky. Pretty shoes.”

“Stunning shoes, and so comfortable! Very quick delivery too, The only (minor) let down was lack of communication on order status. I received an order confirmation, but it would have been nice to have received a dispatch notification and tracking details rather than relying on the courier to provide updates.”

“Unfortunately I had to return the shoes and bag. On the web page it states metallic and on the photo they looked brown metallic. In fact they are gold and just didn't go with my outfit.”
