“My mum arranged her own Pure Cremation long before she. Found out she was Ill. She just wanted something simple so the family didn’t have to go through the whole funeral thing. I was a little sceptical to be honest. However from the first call I had to make to arrange the collection and cremation they were amazing. Very respectful abd caring when needed. The two gentlemen that collected mum were so professional and respectful from the moment they arrived to the time they left. Every person I had to deal with were amazing. Very helpful and totally understood how things needed to be handled. I really cannot recommend them highly enough.”

“I cannot thank Pure Cremation enough, from the first phone call everyone I spoke to were polite, professional and considerate, they kept me well informed with regular updates due to there being an issue with the doctors to proceed but they worked their hardest to sort this out for me, I would highly recommend Pure cremation for a hassle free choice for their loved ones.”

“From start to finish everyone I spoke to were perfect! When you feel the pain of loosing someone special you don’t want to speak to anyone about what’s happened. The team at pure cremation made the process so easy. I couldn’t recommend pure cremation enough.”

“Disappointed, was not kept up to date at all. And when rescheduled the returning of the ashes it wasn't recorded and they had to be delivered to my son.”

“From my first phone call to their last they were nothing but kind and caring towards me I would use them again if I had to in fact I am going to book Pure Cremation for when it's my turn. Thank you to all of you right down to the people who delivered my loved ones ashes.”

“I have been fortunate enough in my life not to have lost anyone close to me up until now. My parents had a funeral plan in place with Pure Cremation and I have been very impressed with the service they provided. Every member of the Pue Cremation Team that spoke to me were kind, compassionate, and helpful. Every part of the process was explained well and I was contacted regularly. I want to say a very big thank you to everyone for making a difficult time that bit easier. An extra special thank you to the person that delivered my dads ashes, he was particularly thoughtful and I felt that my dad was treated with dignity and respect.”

“Took 23 days to correct an error in their phone system making it impossible for them to phone me in Holland. Took a week to reply to an outstanding question by email, only responding after a reminder. Dont, feel this problem was taken seriously until after I had my phone checked by my provider. Their response to my complaint did not deal with the fact that their phone system did not include the country code for Holland, saying that they corrected the issue as soon as it became apparent (23 days after the fact). Besides this big issue that brought me a lot of stress, service was fine.”

“I can highly recommend this company. They were sensitive and professional throughout the whole process. The death we had was very unexpected and we had nothing in place. They made it so easy. The deceased person had always expressed they want a no fuss cremation. Pure Cremation was the perfect choice. I would recommend this company to anyone.”
