“I have been fortunate enough in my life not to have lost anyone close to me up until now. My parents had a funeral plan in place with Pure Cremation and I have been very impressed with the service they provided. Every member of the Pue Cremation Team that spoke to me were kind, compassionate, and helpful. Every part of the process was explained well and I was contacted regularly. I want to say a very big thank you to everyone for making a difficult time that bit easier. An extra special thank you to the person that delivered my dads ashes, he was particularly thoughtful and I felt that my dad was treated with dignity and respect.”

“Took 23 days to correct an error in their phone system making it impossible for them to phone me in Holland. Took a week to reply to an outstanding question by email, only responding after a reminder. Dont, feel this problem was taken seriously until after I had my phone checked by my provider. Their response to my complaint did not deal with the fact that their phone system did not include the country code for Holland, saying that they corrected the issue as soon as it became apparent (23 days after the fact). Besides this big issue that brought me a lot of stress, service was fine.”

“I can highly recommend this company. They were sensitive and professional throughout the whole process. The death we had was very unexpected and we had nothing in place. They made it so easy. The deceased person had always expressed they want a no fuss cremation. Pure Cremation was the perfect choice. I would recommend this company to anyone.”

“Pure cremation were wonderful, from my first initial phone enquiry to hand delivering my mums ashes back to me. They explained every step of the process and spoke with kindness and care. My mum was treated with respect and dignity. I can not thank them enough for helping me through the saddest time of my life.”

“Pure Cremation offer an excellent and caring service for a growing requirement, especially amongst people like myself and several friends who are either unmarried or childless or with no close relatives. Having said that, there are also those who simply wish to make the difficult aspect of their passing dealt with compassionately and respectfully, at the same time saving a large amount of money which can be more happily and creatively spent on celebrating their life. Win, win. Our experience of Pure Creation has been very good with them carrying out their part smoothly and delicately. They kept us informed at each stage of the procedures and made it all as easy as it could be under the circumstances. Highly recommended.”

“We had a lady called Rachel Jones who supported my family through the process. I cannot thank her enough for all her help and always checking in. Sadly dads service took longer to happen through no fault of yourselves but still we had a lot of support and we’re always on hand. Very grateful to these guys!”

“The team at Pure Cremation were personable, friendly and considerate which sadly is not the same with all who work in this profession. They kept me informed of the process all along the way (which they pre-qualified with me beforehand, to check that was what I wanted). My father's ashes were personally delivered to me, with them sitting down and explaining any potential issues with the scattering of the ashes. They couldn;t have been more helpful.”

“Would like to thank Pure Cremations for the professional and dignified service they have provided to me and my family. We lost both our parents within a couple of days of each other and pure cremations went above and beyond to offer us comfort and support and kept Mom and Dad together until the day of cremation. They were cremated on the same day and brought their ashes back to us together which brought us great comfort knowing they were not parted. The communication throughout we cannot fault and would highly recommend to others.”
