“The service we received was amazing from start to finish. The gents who collected my mum were professional, kind and caring. The lady I liased with on the phone showed compassion and empathy and the lady who returned my mums ashes was kind and warm and engaging. We are eternally grateful for your service.”

“Your Cremation service was first class from beginning to end...apart from getting through to speak to someone on the 'phone on several different occasions. It was good to be kept informed when my husband's body was collected from the Care Home & be told the date of the commitment. His ashes were delivered to my house in a nice box with a serene picture of a forest with birds flying on it.”

“An outstanding service! The staff were very professional & extremely respectful of my late father. Taking a bow for a minute was a lovely touch & I know my father would have appreciated it having served in the army. A seemeless & stress free service. I would highly recommend. Thank you to all the team for all of your help & support through a very difficult time.”

“I purchased the plan serveral years ago for my aging mother who sadly passed in July. Everything was taken out of my hands no stress and Katie keeping me updated at each stage. Mum’s ashes were delivered back to me by the most respectful lady. All in all everything went perfectly.”

“Pure Cremation were extremely understanding and efficient throughout the process of my mother's death and cremation. They kept us informed every step of the way. My husband and I have also taken out plans with them as it gives us peace of mind and we know that our son will not have any money to find or arrangements to worry about when the time comes for us.”

“They were kind, considerate and sensitive to the family's feelings. We held an attended commital where we had time with my wife; 12 attendees in all. We chose her favourite music which we played during our goodbyes. The arrangements and the committal were perfect and more than matched what my wife and I had discussed in the past not knowing how soon it would be.”

“My husband and I only paid for a pure cremation in June last year.I never thought I would be needing it so soon.I would like to thank all at pure cremation for there compassion and understanding on the passing of my husband they where all brilliant from the first phone call to the delivering of his ashes.
