“Thank you to Pure Cremation for making what can be a very difficult and stressful time much easier.. We were kept informed at all times. The day of the commital although a sad day gave family and friends the time to remember and reflect. So once again thank you for your support and kindness.”

“They were kind, considerate and sensitive to the family's feelings. We held an attended commital where we had time with my wife; 12 attendees in all. We chose her favourite music which we played during our goodbyes. The arrangements and the committal were perfect and more than matched what my wife and I had discussed in the past not knowing how soon it would be.”

“My husband and I only paid for a pure cremation in June last year.I never thought I would be needing it so soon.I would like to thank all at pure cremation for there compassion and understanding on the passing of my husband they where all brilliant from the first phone call to the delivering of his ashes. “Absolutely wonderful customer service from start to finish. Cannot fault the staff, the system and the procedures in any way. Kept me up to date with everything and lovely support from staff at every step. 10 out of 10 from me. Now myself and family members will be using Pure Cremation ourselves.”

“Very impressed with this service. Gail and Kirsty were so compassionate and professional. They made an extremely hard time for me go smoothly and easy. I was also impressed with how professional and friendly Iain was when he delivered my husband's ashes to me. I will definitely let family and friends know how impressed I am with Pure Cremation.”

“As a family we were very pleased the way Pure Cremations looked after my mother when she passed away recently. They phoned regularly to keep us up to date with what was happening and they returned her ashes exactly when they said they would. I have recommended Pure Cremations to a number of people.”
