“Absolutely wonderful service , as I did not no what to expect, as this is what my mum wanted . Everything along the way was explained very clearly and with compassion and kindness. And delivery of my mum ashes was by the most beautiful soul that delivered her to her granddaughter. Thank you so very much .”

“We were so impressed with Pure Cremation, we received phone calls when promised and were kept completely informed from the moment we advised them that we had lost mum. Everyone we spoke to was so considerate and kind, particularly Rebecca and the gentleman who returned mums ashes. Thank you.”

“The actual service itself is fine, however after being told they were waiting for paperwork that goes with the body before they could pick mom up, and then them not doing the little things they said they would do, it made the the whole thing more traumatic than it needed to be. The customer service needs a bit of a look at, at a time when you are dealing with death it’s not good to be lied too and given the wrong information. Be prepared for the attitude of no money no service, which I understand why they just don’t need to be so blunt about it! The ashes drop off service was actually very caring and professional which is more than I can say for Ashley who was supposed to be looking after us.”

“My brother wanted no fuss for his funeral, pure cremation is what he wanted. They were so nice, caring and patient throughout the whole process before when arranging the plan and then sadly a few days later after he passed. I would recommend them to anyone considering a no fuss funeral plan!”

“I used Pure Cremations after a family member used them for their loved ones. They were so happy with the service they received. From the first phone call, I knew I made the right choice. They were so kind and understanding. They listened to what I wanted and they didn't rush me. They took care of my husband from the time they collected him, and until the time they brought him home to me and treated him with total respect. I cannot fault them at all. My family will be using them again when my time comes.”

“Kirsty at Pure was completely amazing in all the help with the journey for my loved one. They had all the answers and kept me up to date through everything. The compassion that was shown completely blew me away. I honestly cannot recommend Pure and their staff enough, they made it so simple and easy but lovely, which isn't easy for something like this.
