“Pure Cremation have been excellent following the death of my mum last month. I wasn’t sure what to expect with not having a funeral, but actually they made everything so easy. They were kind, compassionate and helpful, I can’t fault them.”

“From first communication, Kingsley kept me up to date and well informed of the steps, in the process. The superb service was so respectful and caring, for my mum and for our family. The lady, sorry I didn't get her blame, who brought my mum back home to us, was lovely. My dad was in bits so it took away a lot of the stress and upset from him. He has now decided on Pure Cremation for himself, when the time comes. Highly recommend”

“I chose Pure Cremation as my recently passed mother has been suffering from severe dementia for some years now and also there wasn't many remaining family left so it made common sense not to have a big expensive funeral. Due to my mother's severe dementia she never made her wishes known to me or made a will unfortunately. I must say that for a no nonsense easy way to arrange a commital, Pure Cremation were extremely good. I initially contacted them by phone to arrange the package and further details were sent to me through the post with clear instructions. There was also good e-mail contact. When the time came after my mother's passing, I was contacted personally by phone and then e-mail and I was provided with clear timings of the commital and when the ashes would be delivered to my address. The staff were very helpful and polite and I was even given a time slot for the day of delivery of the ashes and kept fully updated. On the whole I cannot fault the service provided and it made a sad process very easy.”

“My family have had 2 experiences with Pure Cremation in the last 7 months - we lost Dad last September and Mum more recently in April - the service provided was excellent and took away all the stress and pain of arranging a funeral - we were kept informed at all times with regard to the day of the committal and returning of the ashes etc. we were able to have ‘celebration of life’ at our convenience to make it easier for people to attend. I would highly recommend Pure Cremation.”

“A difficult time was given reassurance by Pure Cremation. From the outset everything was handled well and sympathetically. Communication was effective at every stage of the process. “Very disappointed with service We wanted a hassle free cremation for my father. We were given a date that could not be adhered to by Pure Cremation which was extremely upsetting as we had arranged a small family occasion with a lunch. There followed almost a week of upset and numerous calls until the date was finally confirmed. Apparently it was a mistake. A member of their staff had set a date before everything was in order. This should not happen in such a sensitive situation. sadly, it could’ve been a good service but for us it created more upset than necessary. Whilst the staff we spoke to were polite and trying to help, I had to chase on occasions to try and clarify what was happening. Afterwards we were not contacted with any specific apology or any form of compensation for the upset. It was just real unnecessary distress at a really difficult time.”
