“The whole process was extremely simple from start to the very end when my mum passed away. I was treated with the utmost kindness. The people at Pure Cremation dealt with mums passing with great empathy. I would recommend this service to all those who do not want to have their loved ones given a traditional funeral.”

“From the first phone call, the men who came and took my husband into their care and the lovely lady who brought his ashes home to us.the whole family were treated with the utmost dignity and respect . Had follow up phone calls to check that we were all ok and to see if we needed anything.We could not fault Pure Cremation, the kindness and respect they showed us throughout the whole procedure made a very difficult time for us much more bearable.”

“The service was exactly as the advertising and brochure stated. Everyone we dealt with was helpful, kind, sumpathetic and thoughtful. We have recommended you and my brother has just signed up his own plan with you. The container for the ashes is better than it looks in the brochures too. Really impressed.”

“Using pure cremation for the first time. Under the circumstances pure cremation was very compassionate from the start of the process to the end. We was kept well informed, any information i required i would call and all my questions i would have would be answered. When the ashes were returned it was so compassionate and any final questions was answered. I felt my family member was treated like the pure cremation teams own family. i would highly recommend pure cremation as they made all the process run smoothly. Thank you to all the team that looked after my sister.”

“The whole process was very clear and straightforward from start to finish. My mother purchased her Plan and when she passed away in hospital Pure Cremation took over. I felt as if I had my hand held throughout the whole process and there was always someone to talk to if we had questions. It was all handled very sympathetically and now I am able to continue with the interment at my own pace.”

“Not a service I had heard of before but it was on the request of a deceased relative. An empathetic, no messing, go at your pace service conversing with the same person over the phone everytime. Handled in the best possible way with understanding and patience.”

“The pure Cremation was for my daughter,so as you can imagine emotions were running high, after family discussions we decided to go with pure cremations and so pleased we did. From the first telephone call we felt at ease, everything was explained and we all chose to have our daughters ashes returned to her family, anything we wanted to know we just rang and the lovely staff did everything to help. We would certainly use pure cremations in the future.”
