“I had already used Pure Cremation for my husband and have bought a plan for myself as well. I now have taken on a plan for my elderly brother and was very impressed with the quick helpful service I received on this matter. - Not so easy when doing it for someone else. However my brother and myself were very impressed with the quick and helpful service we received. Thankyou”

“the gentle men who came to take my mum were amazing and faultless, but my mum was in storage way to long , and trying to get an invoice and receipt was a mare , didnt receive voucher and i can understand why ! whom is calous enough to claim a voucher from the cremation company whom looked after your own mother , very good stratagy”

“The initial business following my husband's death took much longer than expected. However, everyone I spoke to was kind, respectful and courteous. It seemed a masterclass in efficiency and throughout the process, to the point of the return of my husband's ashes, I was kept informed by telephone. It sometimes felt a little "processed", but on reflection it was quite appropriate. Thank you to everyone at Pure Cremation.”

“Upon my first call to Pure Cremation it did feel a little formal and business like less empathetic than I would have expected however it was dealt with quickly and professionally. I made a follow up call to chase some information and everything after that point seemed handled with delicacy and care.”

“Some yearsago mywife and I decided thatwhen we did the process of commital should be as simple for our son and not want him to feel obliged to hold a big expensive funeral. We looked at several options and decided to go with Pure Cremation. It was somewhat of a leap into the dark. We based our decision mainly on reviews we had readand, although you can't always trust reviews, the ones for Pure Cremation souned sincere. When my wife died in August 2026 I contacted them and asked thm to arrange everyting. The service I received from Pure Cremation was first class. They were compasionate and understanding and made the whole process as bearable as possible. From the collection of her body to the return of her ashes we were kepy fully informed and felt, in a way, we were part of the process. I can't recommend Pure Cremation high enough. The added bonue is that as I have a plan with them myself I don't need to worry about my own commital when I die,”

“Excellent service at a difficult time. Their service was perfect for my mum as she had outlived all of her friends, and all immediate family members are spread far and wide. We are planning to celebrate her life when we all get together soon.”

“I cannot thank Pure Cremations enough for the dignity and respect they showed throughout all of the loss of our Jen. As a family, we were kept informed of everything and appreciated when they brought her home and stayed to asked about her and to see photos which meant a great deal.”
