“The whole process from start to finish was superb. From the first call after my mum had passed away that morning, to the 2 men who came to collect her remains. Their compassionate and reverential treatment of mum and our family at the most heartbreaking time of our lives was wonderful. The communication throughout the whole process, letting us know what was happening at every stage was done with care and understanding. Finally the return of mums ashes by a lovely caring man who sat and listened to my dad and I talking about mum without rushing to leave. I cannot say enough how impressed my family are with Pure Cremation and i have already organised my own policy with them. Thank you. 100% impressed.”

“I cannot speak highly enough of Pure Cremation. They were sensitive, professional and provided an excellent service. All staff are clearly well trained to support families at this sad time. From the people who I spoke to on the phone to the gentlemen who collected my dad. I would highly recommend this company and I am glad mum has already sorted out a plan too.”

“It took some time for the commital to take place but I am not sure where the fault lay. However, I was most impressed by the level of service received in arranging a cremation. A lady called Christine was most helpful and the ashes were delivered to me in the timeframe stated. I have recommended Pure Cremation since to many people.”

“As sad as it is I am having to write a review in the first place, I can not fault any aspect of the care compassion and empathy shown by the Team who dealt with my late husbands funeral. I was kept up to date every step of the way and all the staff were so kind and caring.”

“The whole process was smooth and without drama. The resultant ashes were delivered to our home by a member of Pure Cremation staff with due courtesy and respect. We will celebrate the life of my dear sister in due course without the trauma of a conventional funeral . I know she would approve .”

“My 91 year old auntie informed me of her final wishes, which included what to do when she departs this Earthly plane. She had done her research prior to my meeting with her, and she had selected Pure Cremation for her cremation services. A year later we sadly said our goodbyes, and as requested Pure Cremation was contacted to make necessary arramgements. I flew to England upon her passing and in a few days all the necessary arranegments were in place. The representatives I spoke with were kind and very well spoken, considering the nature of the conversation. All arrangements have been completed and on behalf of my auntie I can say that she/we are very happy with Pure Cremation.”
