“Someone was giving my brother details they were not supposed to because I was the one that was down to deal with it I was not informed when my dad was at the crematorium I had to phone at 3.30 on the day of crematorium because nobody told me anything I then find out that the crematorium happened at 9.50 after being anxious all day waiting for the phone call then when the ashes were delivered they didn't even come in the house they stood at the door giving me the ashes and didn't seem to care it was like getting my shopping delivered if my dad knew it was going to be like this he would never have done a pure cremation I would never recommend pure cremation to anyone”

“My parents both decided to take out contracts with Pure Cremation. I wasn't entirely sure about it. However when my dad died in December they were put to the test. The service provided was exactly as promised. It was painless, smooth and courteous.”

“Pure cremation have now taken care of both my parents. Their service is fantastic. The team are kind and patient when dealing with questions and time frames. Pure cremation keep you updated on all aspects of the procedures. The ashes are delivered back to you at a suitable time by kind and considerate staff. I would recommend Pure Cremation to anyone who wanted a fuss free cremation service.”

“Mum purchased her plan so we did not have to have to worry when the time came. When the time came after mums long illness they just dealt with everything for us removing all the stress and anxiety. They communicated with us at every step and at a time when I felt totally overwhelmed I really appreciated one less thing to worry about.”

“A dear friend died and I was very impressed with the care and attention Pure Cremation gave in looking after my friend on her journey. I was kept informed of the progress. The team were all lovely including when my friend was delivered to me. Well done for a friendly, compassionate and professional service. Just what my friend wanted.”

“The process of having my husband cremated was very easy from my part and everything that had been promised was executed with care and attention. I was informed every step of the way and his wishes were carried out. Everything including the return of the ashes was thoughtfully done.”
