“I found all the staff very caring, patient and thoughtful and would defineatly recommend using them. I would have given 5* apart from the fact I found the type of urn they use upsetting. It looked like a food container with a tranfer covering it. Not what I expected or would have wanted. But other than that, I have been very impressed with the service and kindness shown.”

“Arranging a cremation for a loved one is not something I expect to do very often. When I first made enquiries of Pure Cremation, I did so with some reservations. However, I have been more than satisfied with the service that I have received from Pure Cremation. The efficiency, the kind support, the communications and the carrying-out of all requirements have more than exceeded my expectations. The value for money has also been excellent, when compared with other options available. Well done Pure Cremation.”

“I arranged this pure cremation for my mum over the phone with a guy called Ashley really helpfull and understanding and patience with me in going though everything I recommend it to anyone I myself are going to arrange one soon 😀👍”

“Very pleased with the service from Pure. The staff are very efficient, kind and caring. I was informed where my loved one was at all times which I found very helpful. From the collection to the cremation and the return to home with my loved ones ashes was excellently handled. Would recommend highly. Completely stress free at what is usually a very stressful time.”

“Very kind, helpful staff and professional service. It was my husband's choice, which I honoured, but I found it difficult not having a traditional service. I felt in limbo until we got the date to bring his ashes home, and were able to plan a family get together to scatter his ashes as he requested. I would recommend the service to someone who wanted an unattended cremation, but would prefer a church service myself.”
