“At this very sad time, we could not have wished for a better service, we were informed about what was happening every step of the way,and you only deal with one person, they are so thoughtful and kind, the stress encountered with arranging a funeral was completely taken away,so we were able to grieve in our own way, we could not recommend them highly enough. Big thank you to all the team.”

“The staff who I spoke to at Pure Cremation were exceptional, (I think one of the lady’s was Michaela) very compassionate and let me know every step of the way what journey my dear friend was on! Ryan delivered Brian back to us and gave nice advice as to how to remember when scattering the ashes … for instance scattering some wild flower seeds at the same time. I am definitely considering doing a pure cremation for myself and want my family and friends to have a party to remember me when I’m gone x”

“I rang Pure Cremations on the passing of my husband and the whole experience was made stress free ,with clear information every step of the way on what to do and what was happening . His ashes were returned home in a beautiful urn , with compassion and understanding. I was given time to take a breath and organise a celebration of life in my own time by using this service . I will also be taking out a plan to ensure my family have the same ease and peace of mind on my eventual passing .”

“Pure Cremation could not have helped me anymore than they did when my Mother passed away, it was all explained to me and the process was so easy and I was informed of every step by a lovely man called Kingsley. We opted to take my Mothers ashes to a crematorium in her home town and the lady that brought her back to me was so good with me when I burst in to tears at the sight of the box . I totally recommend this company.”

“My beautiful mum didn’t have a pre planned funeral - she didn’t want a funeral at all but wanted to go to science. After talking with her & her passing I contacted Pure Cremation & they were great from start to finish.. only ‘hic-up’ was her ashes nearly went to the wrong house! Poor neighbour 🥺”

It's great to know that Mum's wishes were carried out exactly how she would have wanted. “Fantastic service from start to finish. Tracy and Stephanie were brilliant keeping me updated , explaining steps, were kind thoughtful and compassionate. We collected my dads ashes personally and again the process was smooth dealt with compassion , fully explained everything but also gave us time as we were still grieving. Highly recommend this service and company without a doubt . Having the casket wrapped was a lovely idea too”

“Cannot fault the professionalism, understanding and no nonsense factual approach we got form day one. This is exactly what mam wanted and I received personalised updates regularly every step of the way. Plus she was delivered home to us exactly as planned by another lovely professional who explained the next steps should we need to use them. “If you decide to go down this route rather than a traditional funeral you can rest assured that your loved ones will be helped all the way, I recently lost a close relative who had prepaid for this service and their help and support was invaluable, I was dealt with with courtesy and empathy no matter what I phoned for. Thank you Connor who was my main contact at Pure Cremations but thank you also to the rest of the team.”

“What a godsend my Mum chose to have Pure Cremation in place for what she knew would be such a difficult, sad and stressful time. One phone call was all it took to set the wheels in motion, a call made at 1am when I couldn't sleep after getting home from watching my Mum die in hospital. Considerate, empathetic and smooth from start to finish allowing me the time to grieve without pressure, and no acting as a go-between for family members, everyone knew the decisions were final and made by Mum. Can't recommend highly enough.”

“We have used Pure Cremation twice and both times it has been efficient and well organised. At a difficult time, this service makes it all so much smoother and bearable. The staff were courteous and thoughtful on the phone and kept us informed at all stages. I would highly recommend them.”
