“The parcel was thrown in my neighbours bush so the cake was broken and it was much smaller than what I had expected”

“I chose a pick and mix box as I have two dogs, one is much smaller than the other and this have me the option to tailor my box just for my boys. They both are really enjoying everything I picked, the delivery was fast and treats well packed. Will definitely be ordering from you again.”

“What a great company! I bought two personalised birthday cakes for my 3 year old Jug Judy. I also bought Judy a birthday box packed with toys and treats and a birthday muffin which she shared with her younger brother. I also bought some natural treats to go in doggy bags for each of the 8 dogs at the party. The customer service both online and by phone call is second to none. I will definitely use this company again! Sadly, the birthday cake is out of shot in the photo below but having 8 dogs sitting and waiting for cake was quite an achievement!”

“Ordered a cake based on advertised as next day deliver ,was 2 days before my boy birthday ,received it 3 days after is birthday even tho I paid for next day delivery was only processed 3 days after ,overall never again ,dont evencare if it was good or not as it defeat it all purpose of ordering it .”

“Although I was happy with the items I purchased, one birthday cake was missing. I have emailed three times and tried to make contact to ask for a refund for the missing item and had zero response. What I received was good but customer service is appealing and its put me off ordering again or recommending to anyone else. Pretty disappointing with the lack of communication. I even sent them an Instagram message. I hope they sort out their customer service.”

“The variety of gifts available for my dog was huge. We opted for the birthday box and it is great value for money; the toys are excellent quality, the treats are natural and healthy, there was a little birthday cake, candle, party hat and a birthday card! Basically a party in a box! The box itself is incredibly sturdy and looks great too and the delivery time was super-fast. Highly recommended and will definitely use again. What an excellent idea to make your dog’s day special!”
