I have used post- a -rose on several occasions mostly with good service Delivering on time etc. .However there have been a couple of times when the flowers have not arrived at their best including Christmas just gone . The potted Christmas Rose had broken stems and the underneath foliage had started to die. I was told by the recipient that I would have been very disappoint with my purchase. I should have complained before but feel I have left it too late. Will be thinking twice about using them again.

I ordered a product to be delivered to my home address with the intention of delivering it myself as a present. A member of staff queried my order, I am sure with the best of intentions. However what then followed was an assumption that I didn't want the order on the day that I had asked for it to be delivered. I then had to chase that up. When the order arrived, one of the chocolate items had been smashed during delivery. Then I received an email from your company confirming the cost. The email did not include the discount that had been offered and I queried this only to be told that the discount had been applied but just didn't show on the email. Unfortunately I do not think I will be ordering from your company again as I have had to make contact with you over a couple of issues and I don't think I could be bothered with that hassle again.

I sent flowers to a friend a few months ago and they arrived a day late and my friend said alot of the flowers were dying when she got them. I then sent my mum flowers for her birthday and she said most of them died within a week. So disappointed! Dont know whats happened to post-a -rose. You used to be so good but dont think i will using you in future.

Prompt delivery, classy looking box and the handwritten card was a nice touch. Little bit gutting that it was a bright red rose that got sent, rather than the black one that cost a bit more too. Thanks anyway.

Good quality flowers however have been let down by delivery on 2 occasions. Customer service was good.

Unfortunately the flowers I ordered for a friends birthday were delivered a day earlier than requested. Effiecient...but not what my instructions stated.

After several attempts to get through to Post a Rose online. I could not get flowers sent to two different addresses on any date I'd hoped for - an email from me got an automated response, which I replied to and didnt hear anything back. I tried to phone - and a voice mail took my message. I didnt get a reply. I tried online again - and got through and made an order. I had a phone call from PaR to say the flowers I'd asked for weren't available and would I like to wait until they were in or have an upgrade. It was a very sincere apology and the promise of an upgrade helped smooth my now ruffled feathers. The two recipients were very pleased with the flowers they received - allbiet several days later than I'd hoped for. So what started off badly was somewhat redeemed.

Flowers came half dead! Lasted all of 2 days, for the money I should have just gone to a florist nearby

We guarantee all our flowers for at least 7 days, however other factors such as temperature can have an impact on the lifespan of a bouquet. The pink peonies were beautiful but didn't last that long, they only lasted about 4 days and then started dying. Some of the peonies were already starting to whilter when they arrived in the box.

i have used post a rose a few times now on this occasion no problems but the two orders prior were not to good 1st the box had been laid on its side the water had ran out the flowers were dry and the box was wet second delivery for my wife’s birthday 12 red roses only lasted 4 days i have given post a rose 1 more time as it is a easy to order for my sister in the isle of man i know i should have contacted you before now but due to work load just slipped my mind.

It was a present for my Mum. Unfortunately, she wasn't in when the flowers arrived so they were taken to the post office. However, there was nothing on the note left to suggest that the parcel contained flowers, so she was in no hurry to collect the flowers. Perhaps it would be helpful to make sure that when flowers are not delivered the note left should mention that flowers are in the parcel. Thanks.

Sight was easy enough to navigate, a very good selection was available and the flowers were delivered promptly, The delivery came a day after scheduled so I had slight worries about their freshness. The presentation of the flowers was good. The section for leaving a gift message could be improved- manually clicking down onto the next line when space runs out is clunky.

The flowers should have been delivered on the Thursday, but they were not . If they did call and nobody was home they should have left a calling card or they could have been left at the neighbours. I rang them up and the flowers were then delivered on the Friday. I didn't see the flowers so can,t really comment. However, my friend said they were lovely.

I've indicated this as three stars because of the very rapid way in which post-a-rose responded to a complaint. My order of gerberas for my wife arrived in a very poor condition and were a single colour rather than the 'rainbow of colours advertised.' I made a complaint and received a phonecall the same day and the next day the right flowers arrived in perfect condition. So a one star experienced was matched with a five star way of dealing with a complaint - hence the three star review overall. I've used the company before without any difficulty so hopefully this was just a glitch.

on receipt of bouquet I sent roses to a friend Two of mine were headless. I trimmed and soaked them but unfortunately within two days I had to throw them away. I contacted my friend and hers were the same.I made several attempts to e mail the company using the address on information re delivery etc but no emails could be accepted. I hope that these comments are passed on. I
