SCAM. Ordered the Monday before Valentine’s Day (Friday) received no updates on dispatch or delivery. Phone number just straight declined any calls I tried to make. Customer relations form filled out and no response received. Found another email for the company and received an email to say that the order was delivered on Saturday 14th Feb. The 14th was Friday?? They never arrived. Total scam, I should’ve have read the other reviews before hand.

Not impressed I'm afraid. Ordered 24 yellow roses for Mother’s Day. After I paid I got a voicemail message to say they couldn’t provide yellow but could send apricot instead. I tried ringing back but nobody answered. I left a voicemail but nobody returned my call. I got charged for those calls even though I didn’t speak to anyone! I sent an email saying I’d accept apricot. I then just got a dispatch notice. Flowers arrived and were more of an orange/red colour. They weren’t particularly well presented. The ribbon looked like it had been put on by someone who couldn’t be bothered. To be honest I feel like I could have bought better from my local supermarket. The flowers arrived on a Saturday and I gave them to my mum the next day, Mothering Sunday. Mum informed me that by Monday, the day after I gave her them, the roses had more or less died :( I have emailed post-a-rose directly expressing my disappointment and to be fair they have rung and left a message on my voicemail to call them back but I have told them that when I ring I get charged for the call regardless of whether I actually speak to anybody and so I haven't called back as I’m simply not prepared to waste anymore money with them.

Not advised if delivery had been made. Paid for a Rose. Money taken from account. Next contact is asking for a review!! What am I reviewing? How quickly money was taken for payment or the quality if product was even delivered??

Very disappointed payed for a Saturday delivery didn’t turn up till Monday evening Just left lying on the pathway Have bought before had a great service but not this time Won’t buy again

These roses arrived 2 Days later so was indeed of water, they lasted around 4 days. Was very disappointed with them

Very disappointing. Despite conforming to the the instructions, one red rose was shriveled the next day, two yellow the day after and all deteriorated in the next few days. By today all but one has gone. They were poor from the first day and will all be binned tomorrow. Total 7 days!

one flower was dead..2 were brown one was bent over i am so disappointed they were for my special friend pegs she is 94 they shouldve been delivered yesterday i have taken photos but need help uploading them

The flowers I was sent that I spent a lot of money on were very bad. The heads were dangling off, you could see that they were already deteriorating, they looked old and unkept. I sent a message to the company to tell them of this the first time I got the flowers and they ignored my message. I was really really disappointed. I’ll never use this shop again. Very disappointed and they were for my birthday.

I was very disappointed, the roses arrived looking beautiful, but there was no water in the bottom, and the box was bone dry. After two days my daughter-in-law rang to say the roses had all wilted.
