Flowers arrived via Yodel which is a terrible courier service. If I had known the company used Yodel, I would have gone elsewhere. Flowers were okay but looked a bit sparse for the price.

I purchased one rose with a personal note for the 9th anniversary with my girlfriend and the rose (which was very beautiful) was delivered one day too late. This can't happen, since I ordered it two days before and selected the anniversary day as day of delivery. Price was also a bit too high for one rose.

Although my sister was very pleased with the roses,I was disappointed that they arrived the day after I'd been told they would. This meant that I ordered and paid for them on Monday evening but she did not receive them until Thursday. I understand that your organisation can't compete with the likes of Interflora but you should be upfront about things like postal delays. I was also a bit annoyed that my email asking what had happened to the roses was ignored. 3 stars are for the lovely roses, which were beautiful.

Flowers were sent anonymously from me. The recipient called Post-A-Rose to ask for the details. They got in touch with me and asked if it was ok. I thought this was quite professional. No problems with the flowers this time, but I have had quite a lot of problems in the past with them.

Roses were absolutely stunning the only downfall is they only lasted two day which is sad £27

Flowers were great but I wish that I had been aware that the recipient had to sign for them on delivery at the point of order.Most flowers are left in an acceptable place when recipient is not there with a note through the door advising of same.My daughter's flowers had to spend a night in the post office before she could collect.This did not improve their freshness. Because of this I will not use your service again

Great product - but would be better if they had left it at a neighbour's house rather than taking it back to a post office when nobody seemed home. It's a little less surprising if you receive a note that you have to pick up a surprise the other side of town..

Ordered on the strength of reviews and the fact it was hard to find yellow roses. I was looking for long-stemmed roses and the description didn't specify - unfortunately they weren't and the outside petals were brown around the edges

I have ordered a few times now without disappointment. But my last order for the luxury autumn bouquet was less than satisfactory . I ordered a large and it most certainly wasnt in my view due to the 45 pound price tag and the flowers lasted 3-4 days which with the proper care i gave led me to believe the flowers may not have been as fresh as described. Sorry but this was a disappointment and has led me to consider going elsewhere in the future.

The flowers were not delivered on the right day. They have said they will send another bunch or refund which is acceptable. I use them a LOT so it is good customer service

It a bad service, only downside the "courier" service turned out to be through the post....so had to collect from the sorting office.

Flowers arrived on time and very well packaged. Was slightly disappointed to here from the recipient that a few of the flowers in the bouquet were discoloured and showing signs of dying.
