The worst company we have ever dealt with .Long waits to speak to people on the phone , and no follow up action .And did I mention that nobody claims to know anybody else you have spoken with ? Emails don’t work as new urgent chasing messages seem to cancel out the earlier ones you have sent and place your once again at the bottom of a long unanswered wait list . On a positive note the contractor that eventually installed our point after just short of four weeks after we had paid was fantastic . Great piece of work . More than I can unfortunately say about the company and it’s lack of service

The installer made every excuse to walk away. I had to get a local electrician to come round and unnecessarily install a draw wire in a 2m long underground service duct. The install was shoddy and I am happy to share photos.

Communication was poor throughout the process. I had to chase up my appointment days and all paperwork on completion. Had no replies to emails and had to phone and wait on customer service answering.

Lack of communication and no updates and couldn’t get hold of anyone. Engineer was great and wish we had been able to speak with them from the start as it would’ve been a lot easier.

Wall was damaged, computer was damaged, wires were left hanging out. Installer was very rude. Podpoint came to fix the installation, but have left all the damege and decorating and never return calls. Each time I call they say they will get back to me.

I'm afraid that my feedback is not very positive. Although at stages I had great conversations (most notably with Sarah) there were two main problems. One, I was not advised of all the work that I needed from the network supplier before I paid. Secondly, my Pod Point still doesnt work, and I have not had any contact to say when it will work.

Disgraceful standard of admin support when I had a question I needed answering on installation day. Interminable menu choices and then a long wait to speak to someone on the phone. After finally getting through, I then had the phone put down on me by one of your ignorant 'managers'. This kind of customer service may be fairly common nowadays, but it's just not acceptable.

The unit works only when it wants to. I have reported this to the so called customer service who told me they could see a voltage fault with the installation and so far no further communication from them. The unit was installed 2 weeks ago and has worked 3 times in that time - try another company as these seem useless at best!!

Really poor....installation went v well. After sales is extremely poor. A number of weeks have passed after I've asked for techincal support. 3 emails later still no response.

Utter shambles and highly stressful. First guy was useless, after sales service was dire and only got good service by threatening to return car. Guy who did teh installation was good.

The sub contractor that installed the eV point was great. The admin and communication prior to this was a disgrace. I was originally ti old 2. 3 weeks maximum. Just after this I was given a Saturday afternoon appointment. No one turned up and I was unable to speak to anyone to find out why. On Monday no one responded to my email or telephone message. I contacted them. The arrange tke Friday pm. Then want to rearrange for the am. I declined as not suitable. Guess what they turned up at 10.30am. Rubbish service. Later received an apology email addressed to Julian... Not even my name....

Waited all day for the installer to turn up but they never did!! No phone calls to let me know and when I called to find out what was happening I got told that the installation tram would be in touch shortly. 24 hrs later I’m still waiting!!

The order and Communication for the pod point to be installed was wonderful it went wrong once it was installed Poor handy work has left me with very poor wire coving as well as messy work

I am really disappointed that contract installed the cable straight down middle of my garage. all other my electrical cables run along the root then down - not very professional - then been told I have to pay for it to be redone….

They promise so much but let themselves down with poor after sales support. I’ve got a query outstanding for over a week now after my newly fitted charger just stopped working. They got my electrical certification certificate wrong and it’s such a shame as they promise so much but fall short in all areas (apart from taking your money where they seem to have no issues, funny that)

Most of my experience was very poor and I would not be recommending Pod Point to others. I completed the on-line forms, including a myriad of photos and apart from an email acknowledgement heard nothing. About 3 weeks after completing the forms, I phoned and was told that my 'paperwork' was being completed and I would be phoned back, by the installation team. I wasn't and when I phoned back, I could not be put through to them and when I asked to speak to the supervisor, I was told he was in a meeting, but would call back. He didn't. I phoned back and eventually was given an installation date for 5-6 weeks after I had completed my papers. I said that I would be complaining and the person on the phone was very understanding, but said she couldn't do anything. Within minutes, she rang back to say there had been a cancellation for the following day. The crew who carried out the installation were excellent and I would recommend them to anyone. Unfortunately, a change in order had not been passed on to them, but they where persistent in pursuing this and the right equipment was efficiently installed. I can understand that these are difficult times, but it would have been nice to have been updated on what was happening. I look forward to a response to my comments, before I pass on my concerns to the suppliers of my car who recommended you to me.

Standard installation is all that the company knows. If there's a custom install with the cable running a few extra metres and not on ground installation, they charge you more than double the original price. Once installed, they don't bother fixing any problems that pop up. My installation was done after 3 months of booking with them and paying extra. It is 3 months since the system is installed, and it doesn't work. I've called them multiple times and raised tickets to the Network assurance team, but looks like that team doesn't exist. Nobody has come to fix it yet and haven't bothered to respond to emails/phone calls. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone.
