“I was pleasantly surprised as got installation done within a week. The Installation engineer was courteous, informed in advance and did job neatly. I was a bit anxious but he explained the App and charging process well.”

“The ordering and booking process was great. Lots of info to provide so some pre-thought was needed, but it’s well signposted and easy to follow. The process after that was even better; human-led with calls to discuss the install and confirm booking, and the engineer on the day couldn’t have been better. The installation was impressively neat and tidy, more so than I anticipated.”

“Had a pod point charger installed, didn’t work! Called the help line and they just kept saying about scheduled charging. Engineer finally came out an the installer hadn’t put the load clamp on the right cable! Hadn’t been able to use charger for almost three weeks and had to take a day off work as they insisted the car was here. The engineer who turned up to fix the fault arrived two hours before the scheduled appointment, luckily someone was in.”

“The pre installation form was difficult to complete (the number of photos needed seemed unnecessary) BUT the speedy and seamless installation within a matter of days was appreciated. The technician (L) was brilliant- polite, tidy and efficient and happy to explain how it all worked!”
