“Jason carried out the on site survey with a keen eye to detail no doubt wondering could I remove items in the house in order for him to perform his excellent installation! Well, the day before installation Jadon contacted me to ask if everything was OK for installation. It wasn't, but I knew that my wife and me could provide Jaso with an environment to install our Pod. Jason was polite, approachable, and very skillful. We'll done Jason! Dr Raymond Rowe MSc PhD FCMI”

“Hi, Excellent service, once the initial hurdle of a "looped supply" had been overcome. Installer was very efficient, polite and explained everything very clearly. Only took 1.5 hours to install. Would definitely recommend.”

“Went through the process of getting a Pod Point Solo charger fitted. Between my original order and installation I changed my order from untethered to tethered and paid an additional fee to make the change. Solo charger fitted - but not as requested. Pod Point not returning calls or emails”
