“PodPoint have been just brilliant. When we first ordered our car charging point they were extremely helpful, giving us much advice on what we need then they fitted the scene swiftly as our car was about to arrive! When Mike came to install our PodPoint he gave us more than enough warning about the time of his arrival and then completed the job in an extremely professional manner. He was at all times thoughtful, considerate and informative and has done a wonderfully neat job leaving us with a PodPoint that is completely unobtrusive and works brilliantly. Very, very happy customer”

“Our interactions with Podpoint to arrange the installation were little short of chaotic and very frustrating. At times we felt harassed and at others ignored and the online process gave us little confidence in the process. We communicated by both email and phone but the form below doesn't allow us to choose both. The chap who came to do the installation on the day was excellent. Very careful and polite and gave us a huge degree of confidence. If he had visited in the first place instead of all the to-ing a fro-ing by email, phone and photos it would have been much simpler and we would have had more confidence.”

“The installation was excellent. The experience getting it set up not so great. The fact that money upfront and no ability to discuss options prior to paying a lot of money. Not being able to-check possible install dates was extremely frustrating. Not a good business model. Not a good customer experience until the installer arrived.”
