“The first part of the experience was more challenging than the second. There survey/questions to be completed in advance were hard to understand. My appointment was booked and then rescheduled to a later timeslot at relatively short notice. However, Stuart who did the work was fantastic. Extremely polite and professional, going out of his way to get the job done.”

“Everything went well until I had to disconnect and I wasn’t aware that from unlocking to removing the cable needed to be done very quickly. I rang the dealership for advice and was told to contact the RAC. Instead I Rang Pod Point who were very helpful indeed and quickly helped me to sort the problem.”

“Process has been unsatisfactory and communication terrible. After completing forms and paying for a home charging point we heard nothing to inform us of the next step or timing. After numerous calls, and promises of 'somebody will contact you' but never did! A young lady, Isy, finally escalated it and followed up to check whether we had heard from the installers. Fitter was efficient and helpful”

“Amazing- was contacted the day before to say when installation would take place- as well as a couple of emails few days prior on arrival the installer explained everything that was going to happen and answered all qns. at the end went through a very competent and well explained handover absolutely outstanding service- so quick and professional”
