“A very confusing initial process, where photos had to be uploaded on to the order form and the unit had to be paid for prior to podPoint confirming they could do the installation. POD were virtualy impossible to contact and difficult to deal with, the Electrician when he arrived was excellent.”

“From start to finish the experience with pod point has been easy. The pre-questionnaire was straight forward and once submitted the company was in touch immediately to arrange a convenient date. Before the installation the engineer Mike called to confirm timings and then on the day he was a star. He talked me through the process and advised me on certain things. His work was neat and he was great at explaining everything about the charger and what he had done and then what I needed to do. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.”

“Very slick booking process and on the day the communication was great. Having an app to see where the installer was meant I could get on with my morning without hanging by the front door. Installation was quick, to a high standard and Liam was great to talk to about how to operate.”

“Really quick turnaround after I found out at short notice I would be receiving my new car within a week - pod point were really accommodative. Mike (pod point installer) was brilliant, managed to find a route which would hide the cables in the wall rather than on the outside of my house and talked me through how to use the charger.”
