From time of ordering to installation 5-6 weeks and during that time new car marooned at home with no range despite numerous pleas for earlier installation as car required for work Would not recommend!

Did not even got around to ordering! Unable to get answers to any of my emails. Phone calls resulted in long waits and when eventually answered the chap answering the phone barely spoke English, and could therefore not answer my questions. I don't know where I shall purchase my charger from, but it won't be from Pod Point.

Absolutely appalling service, they charged £750 to relocate my podpoint and unable to sort it. Despite several calls ,customer service is horrible!!!

Incompetent installation team Without going much into details just to highlight few things: They work with incompetent contractors and when something goes wrong they refuse to take responsibility I am out of the pocket £1200 already because their contractor gave me the wrong advice for the ground works. You can never speak to the account manager or if you request to speak to management it is hopeless. All communication goes via email and takes on average 3-4 days to get a response to a simple question It’s been over 6 months and I am still struggling to come to a solution with them and have to charge my car at other public places

Installer didn’t put main fuse back correctly causing a potential fire hazard. He installed the charger too close to the external key box. He also installed the external charger holder in an untidy manner

Told on 7.11.21 that the installation team would be in touch ,heard nothing asked about progress ,was told a member of the team would "reach out to me " 15.11.21 a standard contact email stating that they would be in contact when forms had been submitted, when all the forms had already been done and the funds taken from my account, so I am still non the wiser as to when it will be installed This is in sharp contrast to the efficiency of the Peugeot dealer i bought my EV from

Cancelled appointment for installation disappointing the only reason I went electric was because I could charge at home makes things hard and I only got the car thinking of handing it back

Great engineer but the quality of the cable clipping was messy and poor and after raising this it was not corrected

Paid your fee plus an extra £100 in august I had 3 appointments cancelled for which I took 3 day off work it wasn’t until the end of October that the pod point was installed I had to wait two and half months which I think is very poor particularly to have 3 appointments cancelled at the last minute

I would give zero stars if I could. After paying and waiting a month for installation, the home charger fitted does not work and has never worked but Podpoint won’t come back and fix it. It’s very difficult to reach anyone by phone and even when you do they are useless. I wish I had not purchased through Podpoint and recommend you avoid this company!

Pulled in Tesco's Sudbury and plugged in to pod point charging unit. Started to charge then stopped and jammed my cable in. After 43 mins on the phone and finally getting an answer I get told they not up and running yet. So why turn the ubit on if not working. Had yo force my cable out and go. I normally would not bother with this but two weeks later and they still not working. Terrible company. Keep clear.

Ordered 4 weeks ago, have no idea on status of application. Emails go unanswered, communication with customer poor or non existent. When you call, you wait 20mins to be connected, get the overflow dept who can't access any details. Just made a complaint and seriously considering cancelling my order.

Extremely poor customer service for home installation. Over a month to arrange installation, stock responses without actually reading information/ looking at survey pictures. On hold on the phones for ages without any response. Pathetic!

Some of the worst service I have ever received. Calls were not logged. Communication was poor. Things were promised that were not deliverable. Two attempts to complain led to failure due to employee incompetence. The actual installation not done by podpoint was good.

Unfortunately Pod Point’s communication is appalling. I never once received a call back when promised. Installation dates are weeks in advance then no engineer appears (no prior warning). Impossible to get timely technical requirements before installation. Minimum time of 45mins call waiting to get through to speak to anyone and then the information is poor or incorrect. The installation itself on the day was amazing but leading up to that it was the most frustrating experience no customer should ever have to go through. Please pass this on to Alex Wan, his department is an embarrassment.

Had our Podpoint fitted 2 weeks ago. It could have been fitted in two different places. The fitter recommended the one that was a much easier installation and assured us it would reach the car. It didn’t. I emailed Podpoint asking for it to be re-sited to the other possible position which was much closer to the car and received an automated reply saying customer services would get back to me ASAP. That was over two weeks ago and I have now had to place an order with a third party for a longer cable at a cost of over £200 otherwise I can’t charge my car. Not happy.

So far waited a month had one phone call been told pictures a bit blurry wait another month you have been paid you have the government grant you need to change your name to plod point.

waited 6 weeks for instalation after i got van which had been on order for near 1yr with 8 children to get to school at 3 diff schools charging it was a nightmare 3hrs in 1 car park 2 in another i was told to use there free charging points but they are only 7kw so i wasn't goint to stay for 7hrs in a tesco car park which the limit is 3hrs or you get a fine so here's a good idea employ more fitters or motability should find a better company

Poor installation and damage to the brickwork on my house which has been communicated on several occasions with no response from your complaints department, now over 14 days since my complaint, never mind your 7 days for a response… not a happy customer
