“There was a slight glitch in organising the installation appointment date but this was soon sorted out. On the day itself Cameron Levick was excellent. He explained everything he was doing and kept me informed about the timings, eg. the length of time we would be without power during connection. I e-mailed the Help Desk about the "Reviewed by Qualified Supervisor" section on the certificate and waited over a week for a reply. I then contacted Pod Point by phone and spoke to Kerri Anderson who was very helpful.”

“The man that fitted the charger was brilliant and gave lots of information and made it work for our property. The lead up was apalling as no one at pod point takes into account bespoke work, the look of it in your property (the man fitting it had to address the concerns as the call centre were unable to). We were not told that a lock is availab;e for the charger and we would really like one! it was just really poor, lack of information and detail and little care from the call centre of how the groundworks need to feed into the final job. Very concerned about how th epod point service is going to work whikst we have this charger.”

“The actual installation by your sub contractor was very good but the administration up to that point was dreadful. Issues included: Very poor communication from the project manager and little ownership of anything Email addresses given that come back as no longer active Payment processing errors that meant two payments taken and getting a refund required multiple calls and emails Endless photos sent and a call initially but then none of this provided to the pre installation survey guy A time window for installation of 11-4pm given but the engineer messaged to say he was coming at 9. A sub contractor called in to come later Helpful people on the phone but they need the project management team to do their job”

“My correspondence with Pod Point was via email. If I were to do it again, I'd prefer to do a facetime call so we could discuss the electric and installation, and then move to email to agree how we would proceed. The POD charger fitter called before he came to let us know what time he would arrive. He arrived at the time that was agreed with POD, which was a great start. We'd ensured the location for the internal electrical fitting was ready for the fitter. By ensuring this was ready, the fitter was able to install our charger without a problem. So an excellent experience overall. Thanks to Gareth who fitted the charger.”

“An efficient EV charger installation company with no after-sales service. The charger was installed quickly and effectively but the main power switch is sited inconveniently and the clearing up after was minimal. I have not been given a receipt or warranty document and my email enquiring about this has not been answered.”

“Very easy process to order. Site is user friendly and self explanatory. Danielle made it super easy to reschedule due to Corona Virus issues. On the day engineer showed up bright and early. It was a simple installation and he was done in no time. Explained the charger and settings very well. All and all I'm 100% satisfied with the whole process. I'm still waiting on my vehicle so unable to comment on the device performance yet.”

“Stephen the engineer who installed my pod point was well informed and professional. He listened to our requirements and fulfilled them to a very high standard. After completing the job he tidied the area and left it as he found it. We would definitely recommend pod point based on our experience with Stephen”
