“Engineer was excellent.Arrived at 7.30am as promised and did a neat and tidy job. Very helpful. Delighted. Car charger works. Could not get Podpoint to show on my settings on phone or I pad. Told I needed a booster. I have purchased a booster but still can’t get it to show. I even put the booster on the window sill next to Podpoint. Still having problems. I will need to contact the support team. Very happy with installation,but disappointed I can’t get Podpoint network.”

“Everything was very transparent; it was easy to select the charging pod I required, I understood what the issues were going to be with the installation by working through the steps required. My request was then responded to quickly. Danny, my installer, was excellent. He knew what he was coming to as he had looked at my file. Throughout the day, he explained everything clearly, was friendly and patient.”
