“Initial confusion over whether we needed earth bonding on water pipes when the main in pipe was plastic spoiled the experience and will cost us about £200 or so for an electrician's time. The fitter on the day, Lloyd I think, was excellent and explained it all very well.”

“A bit slow responding to communications initially, but once the process got rolling then it was very smooth. Engineer was early, tidy and polite. Haven’t actually used the charger yet tho!”

“Nothing was explained - only an email asking me to do my own survey - take pics etc. These were not reviewed as if they were you would have seen my main service cable into the property is old & shared with a neighbour The engineer only picked up on this after installing all and trying to connect to electric unit. We have both raised the issue with the podpoint team & had no response . The equivalent of a plug socket charger is not what i signed up for, is not fit for purpose and if it doesnt get resolved i will need to cancel my order for an electric vehicle.”

“Communication is extremely poor. I was not contacted after paying for the product online on 5/7/22 until I had to call them 2 weeks later to enquire what was going on? It then took Podpoint 4 weeks after paying and contacting them myself to finally book the installation I paid for a 22kw, I’m still due a refund as I had a 7kw of point at the end. Still no refund and it’s now 19/8/2022”

“E mailed Monday am. They called me immediately. Sorted product and payment same day. They installed 48 hours later. Great engineer. No fuss. All good.”

“Good, tidy work. The charger works properly and App is easy to use. POD point has a good reputation because they have earnt it. I like their partnerships with Tesco and Lidl. Strangely comforting. This will come in handy.”
