“Only asked to have the WiFi password for the Solo 3 on the day. No notification before. Difficult to connect to the unit via WiFi. There is a problem with confirmation emails being sent when trying to register the unit on the app. Very little information from the company about securing the device or the cable. Only time will tell whether this is value for money or not.”

“Pod was incorrectly fitted. Set up wrong and clamps put on wrong. The system totally drained my solar batteries and seems to have cost me in electricity charges. They had to send out another installer to fix it on the next day. Not impressed....”

“Simple and straightforward process from gathering information on options, selecting the product to booking an installation. Installer was friendly, polite and informative. Liked how conscious he was about keeping the install as neat and tidy as possible with as little wiring showing as he could (turned out all internal so nothing visible on the outside of the house aside from the charger itself!”

“I ordered my charger and 22 hours later it was installed. I found the man that installed it to be friendly, helpful nothing was too much trouble. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.”

“Had an appointment for the first installation date, It was easy to arrange a new date and all contacts were friendly and polite The installer turned up exactly when they told me he would and did the work quickly and cleanly I would definitely recommend using their service!”
