“The questionnaire for installation I felt like I had to jump through a lot of hoops! They fit me in for installation super quickly and our installer Matt was lovely really quick and explained everything really well so I am pleased with my purchase! :)”

“Easy to get ordered, I was contacted really quickly for installation which was great. I did reply to a couple of emails about my scheduled booking that weren't answered so I had to email a couple more times to get confirmation on the installation date. Day of installation went great, was told they would arrive between 8am - 12pm, they were knocking on my door at 8am. Very polite, respectful of my property and talked me through how the charger worked before they went, all done in 2 hours. Plugged my car in to check it worked and all is fine! Happy with your service and would recommend. Thank you!”

“The process of arranging the install was a frustrating one as very rarely do you get through on the phone. I was originally offered a slot and then it was cancelled by yourselves at the last minute and any communication about getting a new date for install was slow in terms of response.”

“Quite a complicated booking process needing various photos and having to decide on fitting without any knowledge of the process. But website user friendly and quick response time. Fitter didn’t use dust sheet on brand new carpet so muddy marks and brick dust that can’t hoover out. Wish I’d thought of this beforehand. It’s in a cupboard so won’t see it but still annoying as could have easily been avoided. Also cable up to pod not totally vertical which will annoy me though no one else will notice I guess.”

“The installers were great BUT despite sending videos of where I wanted the cable to run they could not fit it there as they are were not allowed to go up a ladder due to health and safety. I wonder why I had to send the video? They also said that scaffolding would need to be there to run the cable under the eaves, again this was not communicated by pod point. POD point seem to take a long time to answer calls and require a lot of input which then appears superfluous as it is not communicated. My bonding had to be checked again which meant pulling washing machine out again. Did not want a visible black cable running across the house.”

“Installation guys were very polite, did a very tidy job. The whole installation experience was very professional. Service would be improved if a survey was carried out prior to the installation date to avoid any unexpected issues.”

“Excellent installation service. The charger was installed a week after ordering, by a friendly and professional installer. I did have a query about a discount that was offered and then not applied, which I emailed customer services about and got no reply”
