“Good company. Installer was ok, but left a lot of rubbish, which he didn't tell me about. We also had a handy circuit list attached to our fuse box, which the installer chose to remove, again without telling me. Only just managed to stop it blowing away completely! I put an X on the wall as requested by Pod Point, but box was not put there. I did not get any information from the installer as to why he didn't use the X. Other than that he was an ok person and gave me instructions about the unit before leaving.”

“All went very smoothly, with helpful staff. Only issue was trying to load the photos onto the pre installation website. It kept saying files too large.”

“We are happy with our Pod Point charger, it has been fitted neatly and fully charges our Hybrid car in two hours. We live in a 1930s semi that has a typical looped Earth system. It was a little disappointing that the earth was only tested at the end of the installation where it was found to be below the required level. We then had a delay of 2 or 3 weeks to get this fixed before the installation could be finished. You also need more staff on the phone, regularly on hold for 30 minutes”

“The questionnaire for installation I felt like I had to jump through a lot of hoops! They fit me in for installation super quickly and our installer Matt was lovely really quick and explained everything really well so I am pleased with my purchase! :)”

“Easy to get ordered, I was contacted really quickly for installation which was great. I did reply to a couple of emails about my scheduled booking that weren't answered so I had to email a couple more times to get confirmation on the installation date. Day of installation went great, was told they would arrive between 8am - 12pm, they were knocking on my door at 8am. Very polite, respectful of my property and talked me through how the charger worked before they went, all done in 2 hours. Plugged my car in to check it worked and all is fine! Happy with your service and would recommend. Thank you!”

“The process of arranging the install was a frustrating one as very rarely do you get through on the phone. I was originally offered a slot and then it was cancelled by yourselves at the last minute and any communication about getting a new date for install was slow in terms of response.”

“Quite a complicated booking process needing various photos and having to decide on fitting without any knowledge of the process. But website user friendly and quick response time. Fitter didn’t use dust sheet on brand new carpet so muddy marks and brick dust that can’t hoover out. Wish I’d thought of this beforehand. It’s in a cupboard so won’t see it but still annoying as could have easily been avoided. Also cable up to pod not totally vertical which will annoy me though no one else will notice I guess.”
