Regrettably, the installation has not started well. Poor Jordan does not appear to have all the details I discussed with Stuart Campbell, Dan Barham & Alexander Wan. In particular I asked for and paid for extra work to run the cable from the house to the garage above your normal working height. Jordan has no knowledge of this and consequently arrived with no ladder and no help. In the circumstances, I elected to run the cable near the ground instead but that is not what I wanted. Please refund the money I paid for the extra work.

We had a Pod Point fitted to our house last Autumn (2019). We have just had an electrician in doing work on the house today and he said that the Pod Point had been fitted in a very dangerous way. He said that there were exposed wires representing a fire hazard. He has made it safe but suggested that we contact you to ensure the person fitting these Pod Points wasn’t making the same errors elsewhere

Initially I was vey disappointed with the installation as cable was routed through bottom rather than through back. Cable visible on front of house! Decided to suck it up though - covid etc. I have had a local electrician price up another job and he tells me the modifications have breached required standards in a number of areas and suggested I contact my electricity supplier to get them resolved/ make them safe. You will no doubt here from them shortly.

The installer was brilliant. Unfortunately the equipment is faulty and doesn't work and no-one from PodPoint has called yet to solve the issue. I have had to go back to my 3pin. The customer service and ordering were good.

Red fault light, engineer sent out to “fix” it. Broken again the day after. Avoid this cheap product, go somewhere else.

Had a point for a week. Stopped working. Rang pod point they confirmed it was a faulty pod but gave no information on how or when will be repaired. I explained I need vat for work to which the rep just said someone will get back to you when they can! Disgraceful that you can be left without your work car and have no idea when you can charge your car again. Why would people go electric when companies like this can damage your business and not care Definitely would not recommend

From order to install, everything was super quick and efficient. In fact, I had a call 48 hrs after order asking to install that afternoon. Contractor arrived early, but hadn't seen any risk assessments or order photos or measurements. I showed him install position, but he suggested elsewhere as he said he couldn't take cable around external corners neatly, and that I could still charge car where I wanted. Once he left I realised I couldnt charge car in furthest space, or if reversed into either space, so only had one out of 4 positions available. I contacted podpoint by email, no reply. Contacted again, no reply. Phoned and was told they were waiting for contractor to comment but they would email me that response. 14 days after install, still no contact or resolution. I consider they just want me to go away, and if they ignore me, I will. I will not go away. This will be resolved.

Correspondence from pod point was extremely poor. Following 1st point of contact it took 4 months to get my forms processed correctly. This led to a delay in installation of my pod point which was very disappointing.

The connection in the meter box are very poor, as if a cowboy trader has done the work. Please have a look at the photos before and after insulation. I require this work by another electrician with some pride and professionalism to complete at a high standard.

Pretty terrible right up to the day of install which was worlds apart, electrician on site was competent and friendly.

Returning messages non existent. Duplicate requests for photos. The only one to reply was Calli Field. They give the impression that “ the left hand doesn’t know what left hand is doing, never mind the right.”

Pod Point are abysmal. Their silly methods of gaining information nearly led to me cancelling the order for my new car. Luckily they sub contracted the order to Pure-EV, a Company from Yorkshire who were more than excellent. They were everything Pod Point were not. Pure-EV were efficient, professional, well organised, friendly and polite. They did an extremely quick installation with emphasis on safety and providing the best service. The installation was done very well in a neat and clean method. Nothing but praise for Pure-EV.o All marks below for Pure-EV. Pod Point would get zeros

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PRODUCT!!! Since having my 7kw pod point home charger fitted, I have had nothing but issues with it. First, it has never charged at 7kw. They continue to come up with different excuses to why now. Now, it fails to charge at all. Yet again, their aftercare is none existent. They continue to dismiss me by giving excuse after excuse. I work for a prestigious car retailer (not Tesla) of whom are leading the way with EV/PHEV vehicles. Safe to say none of my customers will be recommended to Pod Point.

Scheduling to get an engineer out was bad, the engineer had no information from pod about what he needed, more communication was bad before the final sign off. I’m afraid despite some lovely people it was one of the least professional services I’ve ever had.

I've received a dreadful service from this company so far, they asked me for a series of photos of my mains electricity supply which I have provided. They confirmed that everything is fine until I get message saying they believe I have a fused "fused neutral' and that I need a cut out. I asked them to explain this and send me the picture they were basing this on but the explanation was lacking and they didn't send me a picture. I then contacted my network provider (northern grid) who arranged an engineer to attend on the 15th of may, checked everything and confirmed it was fine there was no Fused neutral and no cut out was needed. I returned to pod point and asked to speak to the person who came up with this in the first place but so far no one has called me back. I then get an email to say they need it in writing?? Which is again wasting more of my time, I get the impression they are deliberately delaying this install for whatever reason. I call them back to discuss but no one returns my call. They are literally delaying my install based on a photograph without any explanation or proof as to their conclusion that I have a fused neutral. I've included an image of the main supply, I can't understand how they can determine from this photo that I have a fused neutral and need a cut out when northern grid (my electricity provider) say that isn't the case. I've also has a smart meter installation, complete rewire in the last 2 years and neither of them mentioned this but pod point have found this from a photo!

About 6 hours after the charging point had been fitted, there was an electrical crackling noise coming from the fusebox. I tried to call the fitter on his mobile phone but he didn’t answer or reply to any messages, and still hasn’t acknowledged. The company were able to get an engineer to remedy the problem

Firstly he never cleared up after him leaving a mess and rubbish for us to deal with. Secondly he left a hole in the wall around the cable - which I have had to fill in Thirdly after his visit my outside light and doorbell was not working and the upstairs light circuit keeps tripping

I have waited a Number of weeks for an installation. I have had the car for almost four weeks without a suitable home charger. Now installed, the pod point doesn’t function as the fuse trips after twenty minutes of charging. Very poor customer service response, still no plan to fix it.

Poor communication, Took months, I had to contact DNO myself and constantly chase PP. installer was good but had been give a faulty unit. Now the there is a red fault light on the pod and only been installed 2 day. All round poor service.
